The location was lovely with water views and looking out onto an open piazza. It was walking distance into main areas of the town. The hotel was able to provide car parking for 10 Euro per day. It was nice to not have to think about where to leave the car. The car park was secure and walking distance to the hotel. The staff were very professional and always available to answer questions and provide information. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had a variety of sweet and savoury options. There was a shuttle to the nearby sandy beach as the one near the hotel is a pebble beach - we didn't use this service, but we would have if we had extra time. A pretty town and base to explore this area of Sicily. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was varied and wonderful. espresso machine excellent. the option to eat outdoors was appreciated.

We loved our stay at the hotel. When we first arrived our room it was not as close to the water as I had requested but that was no problem for them. They immediately moved us to a room we liked much better. All of the front desk clerks were outstanding. One which had worked there for 20 years helped us with everything and was always so nice and personable. The breakfast was outstanding and even the girls in the dining area were so nice. We loved it there and would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable.

Wonderful location, very nice and clean rooms, welcome staff and transfer- golf car that can take the guests to the big beach about 10 min away. Hotel does have the access to the beach (hotel is a bit on a hill, beach is downstairs, but it is easy to reach. Hotel provides the discounts for the restaurants and a welcome drink or a beach towels as a welcome compliment.

Unfortunatley, breakfast was quite poor, but next to the hotel there are a lot of opportunities to have it. I wouldnt recomend to include your breakfast in the price, since there was literally just a few options: boiled eggs, few frozen croissants, yogurt and a automatic coffee machine.

Great location just above a beach, where you could spend time either on the public section or pay 15 Euros for sunbeds and umbrella. We chose a room with a balcony and had fabulous views across the bay. Free car parking at front of hotel (if you can get in) or private secured car park costing 10 Euros per night (which we thought was a bit excessive!). Hotel was very clean and the breakfast room was a delight, with lots of modern art displayed. The breakfast was good with cereal, plenty of fruit and other items. Staff were all very pleasant and spoke good english. We used the hotel free shuttle to get to a beach further along the coast. We took advantage of having free beach towels as a welcome offer for our duration. Lots of restaurants in the town to suit all. We were so pleased to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room at no extra charge, what a luxury !

Cost of car parking could have been a bit cheaper or included in price of hotel as most travellers are arriving by car.

Hotel is in a great location in beautiful Castellammare del Golfo, and our room had a sea view and overlooked the plaza which was very nice. Walking distance to the Old Town and marina, with many restaurants, bars and stores nearby. We were able to park for free in front of the hotel since we stayed during the off-season. I'd consider coming back in the summer and staying here again.

Breakfast could be improved.

We have stayed here several times and our recent stay was as wonderful as ever. The location is fantastic; directly opposite the sea, a short walk to the beautiful port and right next to excellent restaurants. The rooms and breakfast are excellent, too (we sat outside every morning, looking at the sea as we ate delicious local specialities), but as good and as important are the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, with a special mention given to Mariella, who made our stay extra special. This hotel is highly recommended.

Everything was exceptional. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was attractive and comfortable. The hotel itself has a quiet elegance. The breakfast was over-the-top amazing. And the location couldn't have been better. We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back one day.

Great location. Close to EVERYTHING! Markets, restaurants, souvenir square and beach! It was perfect! Amazing staff! Very friendly and attentive! Rooms were very clean and cozy with a lovely view.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Quiet being away from the Port. Great position for visiting surrounding areas.. Palermo, san Vito Lo capo, Zingaro, Erice etc. loved an early morning swim before breakfast, great view.

It was great but staff could have been a little more welcoming in acknowledging us coming and going.
