The View from the property is spectacular; unfortunately I wasn't given a room with a view. At the time I did my booking a couple of months prior to my stay, I requested a room with Ocean view as I was celebrating my 30th anniversary. When I showed up at the hotel, they gave me a room in the 2nd tower facing the children's playground. Of course, I requested another room, but they said they were completely booked and placed us in a room located in the main tower facing the 2nd tower and with a 1 foot wide balcony that one couldn't step in. Breakfast was pretty good and offered many options. Room was cleaned and comfortable in size. Bathtub was wonderful . Staff at the service desk was not so friendly, specially the 1st day upon my arrival. As the days went by it got a little better but definitely something management should work with. Some spoke very little english and others not helpful or friendly. The staff at the bar, all were great! In regards to property location .... too far from the Amalfi Coast and all the towns you'll want to visit. During the day, you can taxi to the train station at Castellamare with no problem and head to Sorrento were you can ride a bus or take a taxi to visit all the other towns, such as Positano, Priano, Amalfi, Ravello, etc. But you have to get back on time because the last train from Sorrento to Castellamare is at 9:30pm, Otherwise, you'll have to take a taxi from Sorrento to the hotel which will charge $150-180 one way. Reason being: lots of action and activities at night in the town of Sorrento and taxis don't want to drive to Castellamare, evenless to Towers Hotel. Suggestion: The hotel should provide a shuttle to drive back guests from Sorrento and probably have two time periods after train stops - 10 pm for the older adults and 2 am for the younger adults who'll want to experience the nightlife.

The pool and beach and hotel beautiful. The location stunning. Very clean.

The bathtubs/shower hard to get in and out of. A little dangerous. We could not get wifi in our room the whole stay. The hot breakfast very limited and gone fast. We stayed a week so would have been nice to have had more variety and more quantity so later guests can still get breakfast. People were literally fighting over the bacon. Would have been good to have had access to a few english channels or at least english subtitles. Would be nice to be offered shuttle direct into Sorrento, instead of having to take train. Happy to pay more for the shuttle price. Otherwise was a lovely stay.

The Hotel is in an unique location the views are just outstanding from the hotel from Sorrento toward Mt.Versubio and the coastline.The food was outstanding and the restaurant where very good.The breakfast was buffet but it had everything that you needed and plenty to eat.The snack bar is very romantic and relaxing at night to sit and sea the coastline and to have a drink.The room was beautiful and comfortable the private beach is clean and just perfect and the service there to get a chair and umbrella and the towel is fantastic with live guards.The pool is beautiful and they have a Club and they did fireworks at night of the coast very nice and enchanting.

This was a lovely hotel. If you’re lucky to get the sea view with the balcony, it’s beautiful! Staff are lovely and very helpful. The pool is sooo nice and the private beach is lovely too. The room is nice and clean and spacious and the views are so stunning from the sea view room! So worth the money. The shuttle is handy as well.

I wish the shuttle ran at better times.. especially when it stops after 6pm until 9pm! Very awkward for day trips or dinner. The shower was scalding hot for the first couple of minutes so had to wait until it cooled down before getting in. The fireworks at midnight are also quite annoying and we didn’t have any warning of them for our stay, so it wouldn’t be ideal if you bring young kids!

This hotel is great value for money. If you are on a budget but still want a view this is as good as it gets. They provide a hotel shuttle (roughly hourly- in May this was from 9 am at the earliest the nearest train station. From there it was very easy to get to Sorrento on the train line. The cost of the shuttle is 2.5 euro per person each way this year. The busses run more frequently in the high season. View is as good as it gets. The half board option was good value. Food was excellent and the resturant staff were helpful. Rooms are lovely.

You have to pay 20 euro each to get into the spa for one hour. It was nice and did have a sauna and steam room. Some reception staff were fabulous (absolutely fantastic) and others were helpful when it suited them to be so. Water ran brown in our room one morning. Air con didn't work well and we had to sleep with the balcony door open.

The view is amazing and the staff are incredibly helpful. The location is very good if you have transportation. I really enjoyed my Spa Day! They provide a free shuttle to Vico Equense. Evening drinks on the terrace near reception is amazing!

The gym is minimal with just cardio and dumbells with limited space for stretching. The location is a bit isolated if you do not have transportation and the roadway is dangerous for trekking so best to use the free shuttle to Vico Equense. If arriving by Train go to the Vico Equense station.

Partial sea view, very nice. Breakfast and dinner were superb with serving staff always available. Excellent hotel personel, always helpfull and willing to advise, specially front desk and gim (Sara). Room was spacious, comfortable and with attention to detail.

The location required transportation and hotel has nice vans for shuttle but with only limited service timetable to Vico Ecuense train station. Runs only on the hour from 0900 to 1200 and 1600 to 1800 going out and +15 to return.... after that only taxi services (expensive).

The view from our room was fabulous. The size of the room was very comfortable. Being able to enjoy drinks outside with the view was priceless. The access to both the pool and beach was very helpful.

When I checked out the woman could not explain my bill. I don’t know if she didn’t know or it was a language barrier. When we checked in there was confusion as to where our room was located. After three attempts we found someone who could tell us that our rooms were in the adjacent building.

Everything. The best hotel I've stayed in, the reception staff were very helpful. The food was amazing, the restaurant staff were very quick with ordering and bringing our food and drink to the table. The views from the room were just incredible. The bar staff were so friendly, helpful and great to talk too. The room was clean, housekeeping were really nice too. The poolside was clean and tidy also.

Pool was slightly cold but that was the only thing. Once you got in for a bit you for used to it.

Good standards overall, the location was great, easy to find with easy access.

Gym opening at noon isn't great!! The price for activities was a bit high considering room cost per night.
