Friendly staff, nice to be close to the lake. You can walk to Peschiera by using the promenade at the lake, that is a nice place to visit. The room was fine except maybe smelling a bit of the bathroom cleaning products, but otherwise fine.

Breakfast was "ok" Scrambled eggs were not well cooked, they always looked a bit too moisty in my opinion, the bolied eggs were cold and the yolk had a dark color which made it not look good. The rest of fhe breakfast was fine. Some fruit options and bread and crossaints. The location itself, there is not much there, just a couple of restaurants near by, but the closest town is around 20min away walking. Still nice to be next to the lake.

Spacious, quiet and clean apartment with patio and front garden with separate entrance. The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, safe and other useful facilities for a week's stay. The apartment is about 100 m from a small pebble beach and 2 restaurants. Ideal location for trips to the surrounding area. The staff is very friendly, helpful, communicates very well. We were very satisfied.

The kitchen needs replenishing with common utensils (glasses, plates, etc. )

The hotel was nice, with parking right next to it. The room was clean, and it was easy to get there. The reception staff were really helpful when we asked a few questions. A larger town is nearby, and it’s a pleasant walk to get there.

I would have appreciated knowing earlier that we could ask the staff for a cappuccino (which isn’t from the all-in-one coffee machine) and that it’s included in the breakfast. We only found out on the last day.

We were in the second floor gehind the front building and a a side few of the lake which was great to even see some fireworks on Friday late night. The AC worked well to cool of the room and switch it off. The staff was very efficient of making the room while we had breakfast. The reception help us nicely with figuring out our day. Parking g was free and plenty available.

The parking is open and since 2 days before a hailstorm came through many cars where banged up and had broken windows/lights. With carports those would have been a bit protected. It only happens once every 30 years, so we were lucky that our stay was eventless.

Hotel is right in front of Garda lake with wonderful view from room balcony. We had extra large terrace with sunbeds on it. Cozy rooms, delicious breakfast with croissants and good coffee. Hotel has a free parking space that is a bonus since it seems that mostly all parking spaces around the lake are for some fee. Nice pedestrian/bike route just in front of the lake, couple of nice restaurants are located like 10 min walk away. Rooms were clean and warm with no signs of humidity.

The hotel was lovely with very friendly and helpful staff. It’s small enough to feel homely and welcoming. The food was great so we ate dinner in the hotel dining room on the nights we stayed. The food was very enjoyable, great choice and good potions. The location is great with wonderful views of Lake Garda. The walk from the town ( about 15 mins) was really enjoyable and it was quiet in the evenings.

Too many rules. On arrival you get a whole book of rules of what not to do in the hotel and in the room.

Good position by lakeside with views to Sirmione, pleasant walk into Peschiera. Excellent food in the restaurant and very friendly staff. Large car park.

Had to have garden room because of dog, so no sea view. Small terrace area surrounded by hedges which cut off any view but were not secure to prevent the dog getting out. Very few other facilities close to hotel.

Great location, really friendly staff, good food, and the beds were comfy.

I had only a small issue with the covers, I was there with my nephew and we had only one cover which was thin and only good for one. I was cold in the evening
