We recently had the pleasure of staying in a truly beautiful and cozy room close to the city center. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room itself was tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. Cleanliness was impeccable; every corner of the room was spotless. The location was ideal, with the convenience of being just a short walk from the heart of the city, yet still quiet enough to offer a peaceful retreat. Communication with the owner was flawless. We received all the necessary information and the key exactly as agreed, with no issues at all. It was evident that the owner takes great pride in ensuring their guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay near the city center.

Everything was fine. You can look into the shower from the bed - but didnt find it as a problem. The toilet was with a door.

The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and big shower. It was situated close to the center, and from our point of view this location was the best choice considering we wanted to both explore the city and spend time on the beach. (From our experience the streets on the other parts of Catania were much more dirty). Here we felt safe. Luca was a very caring host, who responded to our questions and needs immediately.

For me with 160cm height and living there alone it was not a cons, but for someone 170cm+ place might feel too low. Noise cancellation is quite poor (especially in the building)

Beautiful, modern, stylish and clean apartment in the great location. The owner was very friendly and communicative, they even let us check in earlier which came handy. There was also a little balcony and a fridge, as well as free coffee and water. Not to forget Italian breakfast which was included in price, hence we were absolutely satisfied :)

We could have done with a small conference table and a little kettle, as we didn’t want to eat out all the time, but that wasn’t such a big deal.

Super host, reacts fast to every question. The room looks nice and has a small balcony.

Unfortunately there was no breakfast, which was a bit disappointment, but we were compensated. The towels need to be replaced. The room needs a bit more sound isolation.

Luca is super friendly host with immediate response and a lot of good advices. Location is just 10min from Duomo square. Great little cosy app with style. Would come again definitely.

Very good location in the city centre. The host sends all the details through Whatsapp and speaks English which is not obvious in Sicily.

Lack of cutlery and somewhat debatable open shower, especially when you come with a regular friend.

I had two excellent days in Catania. Luca was super nice, he organized and helped a lot in everything I asked. The property is very central and despite everything super quiet at night. Everything was super clean and ready to receive guests. I recommend without a doubt
