It was a beautiful room with huge window with sea view and french balcony. Host was very friendly and gave us a map and a lot of recommendations for Cefalu visit. Also, when we arrived we received 2 bottles of cold water which is a small thing, but really lovely! There is a beautiful inner yard with jacuzzi and sunbathing beds as well. Room was clean and everything was working perfectly. Breakfast was exceptional🩷

Location. It was pretty quiet because the place is located outside of the city center, but there was a train rail right next to the stay. Trains are moving a lot though out the day, but at night it is peaceful:)

The proximity to the beach and many restaurants and shops is nice. Although I did not do much shopping it was a very short walk to these places. The view is lovely. The water pressure is excellent. The room is very spacious. The staff are all wonderful, friendly, polite, and helpful. The breakfast is very good and with many options. Also there is parking inside the gate, on the property, in a spacious lot.

The road is a little dangerous to walk on for about 2 minutes when leaving to walk to the beach and shops so I carried my dog during that part. This is not the property though, it’s just an observation of the area.

We liked the location. It was easy to walk to the beach, Centro and supermarket. The view of the ocean from our room was outstanding. The staff were very helpful with excellent communication. Any problems were sorted out very quickly. Breakfast was good and good coffee. It was above the train line, however the trains were very quiet and didn’t bother us at all.

We were disappointed the pool was out of order, and would have liked to know that before we arrived.

Great breakfast, with a view. Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Trains were cancelled and so they drove me two hours to Messina for cheaper than taxi. Life savers. It's only 15 minute walk to old town. Seems out of the way at start but it's not and you have great views walking to town. Highly recommend staying here.

Location was great, can easily walk into Cefalu and it felt safe walking too. The fact it had a car park was appealing to us, but it was very small and difficult to navigate. Breakfast was nice. We had a room next to the passing train, we did not find it was that noisy - we were anticipating loud noise after reading reviews but it wasn't bad at all.

There was a damp smell in the bathroom, likely because the shower is poorly designed so water goes on the floor and there is no where to adequately dry towels etc after using them.

The accommodation was overall very good, very clean, a well designed room with ensuite with sea views from a small window. The railway track was close by but the room seemed reasonably soundproof overnight. The staff were gorgeous, friendly, helpful & provided a great breakfast of fruit, cereal, eggs, & coffee, croissants etc.

It was a little scary returning at night with poor or no footpaths with the Italian traffic.

We had a very nice stay, very spacious quad room, with a lovely balcony. Staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was very good, especially the fresh juice! Parking onsite was a great perk. The walk into town was pretty easy, but there wasn't always side walk so braving traffic was a little tricky

A good clean room. Great, great breakfast included (the best I had among dozens of places I stayed in Italy). A walking distance to the town, which would be very convenient when the town gets busy with no parking space.

The first room I was given had no WIFI reception, but they moved me to another room with a good reception.

We valued the hospitality. We arrived early which we negotiated and the staff was very accommodating. They did all they could to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the location and also the opportunity to cool off in a sparkling pool. The breakfast service and provision were amazing. Thank you. We also found the information communicated via WhatsApp was very comprehensive and helpful of the accommodation venue and surrounds.

The view, apt is very nice, facilities. And it was lovely that they cleaned our room and changed the towels on our second day.

Location, the train is not an issue, but it is very hard to walk from the apt to the center.
