Loved the location. It is a 2 minute walk to the waterfront where you can walk along the promenade all the way to the Old Fortress. The view of the Ionian Sea, marina and the Old Fortress is outstanding. It is also a 5-10 minute walk to the center of Corfu Town where all the shops and restaurants are located. The apartment was very clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well and like the fact of having a washing machine. Jenny are host was excellent. She was very responsive to all our questions. She was also eager to provide any local information. She made our 5 night stay in Corfu more enjoyable.

The location was fantastic, I enjoyed walking the streets local to the property at all times of the day. I liked the mini kitchen, it was well-equipped and allowed me to stay comfortably. The room was large and I had plenty of space to dance about (not that I do that of course!). The bathroom was good for the needs as well and the value of the room was excellent.

My only criticism was the bed, it was getting to that time of the year when some of the nights were a little bit cold and I would have liked more than just a sheet to sleep with. I tried exploring the cupboards to find a duvet but couldn't spot one. I didn't meet any members of staff due to the keyless entry.

The hotel was in a pleasant district that felt safe, even in the evening, and was within walking distance of the harbor. Our room was in the attic, but it was spacious with a modern, clean bathroom. There was also a small area for cooking, equipped with a kettle, plates, glasses, tea bags. and a moka pot. There was also a vending machine and coffee machine on the first floor, which could be convenient for guests checking out early.

When we arrived, there was no one at the reception, so we had to wait a while until a staff member arrived. However, a big advantage was that we were able to leave our bags earlier, which was extremely helpful!

The location was excellent as long as you worked out how to get to the property to unpack the car. Accepted our dog for free which is refreshing compared to some of the charges applied by other properties.

When an apartment advertises a washing machine, you expect it to be available in the apartment, not in the basement and needing to pay for it. This would have been acceptable if the apartment advertised it as laundry facilities.

Thank you, Juliet for your kind offer of storage before and after. Much appreciated. I'm also grateful for your good quality pillows which give good sleep, the shower has good water pressure and a great fan to remove condensation. Air circulation was excellent.

Juliet cautioned me of the floors being a little wet as I had arrived early. It was kind of her to allow me in. Only for her attention is the fact that the kitchen floor stayed wet throughout the stay so perhaps someone needs to dry the floor a little more. The stairs are a major hazard, quite treacherous with a heavy bag, poorly lit and so many flights. It was an ordeal. I would have been happy to pay a porter to carry my suitcase. It was slow and heavy work.

The apartment was nicely furnished and bed was comfortable. The apartment was very secure.

The location is not suitable for a short stay. Walking to the apartment from the train station was difficult and taxis were 20 euros. We had to store luggage at a separate location that was another 3 blocks further from the lake. There is no elevator and first floors in Europe tend to be much higher than in the US so carrying more than one piece of luggage was a challenge. If you are going to be in Como for three or more nights, then I would recommend this location. Otherwise stay closer to train station to transport your luggage easier as the city center and lake are not far from the train station. Also I upgraded to a balcony, don’t bother and save yourself some money for other fun in Como.

The drains in the bathroom sink and the shower in room 9 were very slow and especially in the shower water seemed like it would overflow. Also didn't like the fact that the bed was a further flight up (on a metal spiral staircase) from the room. Not bad, but for older folks it was a bit of a challenge. Suggest you ask future travelers if they have an issue with stairs.

We stayed twice in this hotel. First time in the attic room of the main building, second time - in a separate building on the first floor. Both rooms have everything one might need for a holiday. The ground floor room has a little kitchen, which is bonus, but is very dark because it had bars on the windows. U can’t really open the windows, the street is loud when people pass by. Otherwise the room was clean, big, air condition worked well, big bathroom. Both rooms were 5-7 minutes away from marina.

There were no parking at the property. Although they provided us with the names of some streets around the hotel that we could park, they didn t inform us about the local market on these streets. So we parked there friday evening, paying 10€ for 5 hours, but unfortunately the previous morning our car had been taken by police because of the local market. it was impossible for us to know about the market as the signs where too small and the time we parked there all the street was full of cars. It was for sure a failure for the hotel to notify us! ps we payed 125€ fine in order to get back the car

The location was perfect. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The apartment was perfect for our needs, the washing machine was a huge plus! The apartment was on the top floor, so a bit of climbing did us good, but if a person has mobility issues, they should ask for an apartment on lower levels.

The kitchen was a bit outdated, but there will be a make-over soon. The same applies to the terrace chairs, but overall we were really pleased with everything.
