Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, we had a very nice family room on two floors and a balcony with magnificent views. I had a very good massage in the hotel. The hotel premises are really comfortable and pleasant, with an outside sitting area and a kind of bar garden. Very pet friendly place - your pet will get a little gift. A short walk to the city centre just behind the hotel.

Our room was towards a road so it wasn't very quiet but it didn't disturb much. Breakfast is extensive but completely based on sweets: there are tens of cakes varieties, cookies, pastries, pancakes, jams, etc. Some meats and cheeses but not much else. So if you are after a healthy breakfast you are pretty limited. They offer a gluten free basket (a piece of bread and packed sweets and cookies) but there could definitely be more vegetable choices or vegan choices.

good breakfast, good staff and facilities, excellent location and very pure with shuttle bus. Have stayed before and likely will again.

room hotter than a nuclear reactor

Rooms were spacious and well equipped, with an outstanding view. The mezzanine area for the kids gave them some privacy too. The spa was very nice and relaxing where we had a lovely massage. Communal areas were good with some games, a small bar area and plenty of outdoor seating with a good atmosphere.

It would be good to have a kettle in the room. We were disappointed to find we had to pay extra to use the spa pool and sauna.

We liked everything.We had an issue with a very noisy family (screaming, slamming doors and running in the corridor like if it was a stadium/ room 117)Reception called them which helped a bit with the noise. In some hotel people who are coming with dogs or kids have to sign a behavior agreement. Maybe something to look at.

The meal options were very tasty, and the waitstaff was knowledgeable re: wine/meal pairings. The location was well-situated for the places we wanted to see in the area. The building décor is beautiful. The parking garage was very convenient.

It was hard to get a good cross-breeze in the room; given we were on the front side of the hotel (facing the highway), it was very noisy with passing traffic to leave the windows open. The ramp into the parking garage had some uneven spots and I heard my undercarriage scrape hard at one point.

Excellent location a few minutes walk from the town centre clearly signposted, good public areas and bar, very dog friendly, large bedroom with balcony. Excellent Greek yoghourt at breakfast.

Nothing really, freshly-made coffee at breakfast would have been a bonus.

I loved the room, it was spacious and the bathroom was huge. The view from our room was fantastic. It was very well situated, 2 minutes walking to the main bus station and right in the beginning of the city center. The breakfast area was beautiful will lovely view. There were some books that you could borrow and the common area seemed cozy and relaxing.

The breakfast lacked some more healthy options, for example there were no vegetables or simple oatmeal.

The breakfast was superb, location was close to all attractions, restaurants, city center and Chamonix Tunnel, the spa was relaxing. Daniella (the receptionist) was exceptional.ly nice and helpful

The front desk staff was not very helpful in terms of providing recommendations, most of info provided was inaccurate

Staff at reception were excellent, facilities were modern and clean. They allowed you to leave bags in their ski room prior to and post stay which was very useful. Location was ideal for Courmayeur centre and easily accessible by car or from the bus station just around the corner.

No kettle in the room (just a personal thing).

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel was run very well and was clean.

Not their fault but I had a little difficulty communicating with the staff in english. The location was fine but a little hike to the main part of downtown courmayeur.
