My husband and I travel extensively, but this was the first time we left a hotel with tears in our eyes. The heartfelt welcome and the kindness of the staff left an unforgettable impression.. Everyone was amazing, but Natale and Adam truly went above and beyond to make our stay personal, warm, and unforgettable. Their efforts made it incredibly hard to leave, and celebrating my birthday there was an absolute joy. Everything was exceptional: the staff, the Michelin-star-level food, the wine, and the facilities. We sincerely hope to return one day. Thank you so much for such a memorable stay!xxx

The property is located at just 5-minute walk from the city center, away from the crowds. If you are into skiing, they provide a free shuttle service to reach the Dolonne-Plan Chécrouit ski lift, and you can rent the equipment there if needed. You can also enjoy free SPA sauna and jacuzzi in the evening to relax and get warm. We had half board included with reservation, with a 5-course dinner prepared by their amazing chef, who also created every day a dedicated gluten-free menu for my girlfriend who suffers from celiac disease. A special thank to the restaurant staff - Natale, Thomas, Mario and Adam - who made sure every day that everything was going well!

It would be great to have an option to enjoy an early dinner, not to wait until 7:30 pm, and it wasn’t clear that water came at an extra cost - at least a bottle of tap water should be included with the dinner. At breakfast there were many gluten-free options, including cakes prepared by the chef, although there was some risk of cross-contamination due to utensils put in the same place for both gluten-free and regular pastries - it would be advisable to only keep gluten-free items together, clearly separated from the rest (the sign pointing to the gluten-free options was not very clear, people could have taken the wrong food by mistake). Finally, it would be great to also mention allergens and info for other dietary restrictions.

- outstanding restaurant with fascinating dinner, often with creative highlight - pheomenal fish main course - very good beef tartare - must save appetite for the dessert, including dessert with apple, with *apple gelato ( with sophisticated taste) - a wide selection of wine, and i trusted the recommendation of the manager - an extremely wide variety of choices for breakfast, even in the end of season (unlikely many hotels which would usually become less attentive and provide less choices to cut cost which honestly can be understood) - wellness centre with private spa session is a treat and would never be enough (inclusive) (there is a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room) - self made scrub with salt and olive oil, and different drinks in the spa everyday are hearty bonus - the bathroom in my room has window - the scenery of the balcony in the room with snow mountain view

- the mattress is a bit old but on the hard side so still has sufficient support - the blanket is a bit heavy and old

Room very cosy and comfortable. Beautiful toiletries provided. Friendly staff. Well located in Courmayeur, we stayed here during the TMB and it was a real treat. Breakfast was absolutely insane - the biggest selection and most deluxe spread I have ever seen.

The fitness centre was one reason I booked this hotel but wasn’t really usable. It was a treadmill in a small room shared with the spa - so it is kind of like a steam room in there! Super dark, hot and moist (not an area you feel like working out). I had to find a gym in town instead which cost a bit extra.

Absolutely EVERYTHING. The hotel is really well located- 5mns on foot to the center and far enough to be in a quiet and peaceful setting. The garden and hotel itself are really beautiful and very well kept. It is clean and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is AMAZING. They have a lot of options and even have a section of the buffet that is gluten-free. Dinner is amazing and very classy. The service is also incredible. Adam, Mario, Natale and Milena at the restaurant were just so caring and polite .. we really felt like we were in a 5star hotel 😊 It is DEFINITELY value for money and we highly recommend for a short or longer stay.

The hotel team are wonderfully friendly and accommodating, could not fault anything. Breakfast was plentiful - lots of fresh fruit, juices and always replenished, also best egg & bacon I've had in a hotel! The location is very close to the centre easily walkable and the ski bus service was always available. Amazing value for money, highly recommended and we will be going back for sure!

We spent total of 5 nights in this wonderful hotel. Originally we only booked for three nights. It was so good that we decided to change our plan to have two more nights in Courmayeur. It is perfectly located in a very quiet and beautiful area with less than10min walk to the center and bus hub, from there you pretty much can go everywhere. Room is very clean and comes with very nice deco (very Italian :-)). Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is excellent with many options. Dining experience is superb. Special kudos to Adam, Mario, and Natale in dining room, who always have smiles on their faces and try to help to make you feel so welcome. Will definitely come back again. Plus it has a spa and sauna, which is so great after long day in hiking TMB.

The location was perfect for accessing trails and the pedestrian zone. The breakfast food was excellent. The views out our window of the mountains were magnificent.

The staff at breakfast made it feel too formal. If we came too early from our time slot we were told. My shoes were checked as if they might not be approved, but they were. I actually asked in advance. I know there is pride in the set up of the breakfast display, but it almost came at the expense of the guest comfort. I also didn't think we needed to be shown to the spa area after we had already been there. The jacuzzi was luke warm the two times we tried it.

Easy to find, very welcoming, lovely room, head waiter suggested menu adaptations to cope with my daily intolerance, food excellent, very good breakfast. This is my second visit so I do like it!

I find it odd that hotels put out notices about saving the planet and then have wash basins where there is either no plug or it leaks. All of which wastes water and stops people rinsing out their swimsuits etc. A bit more attention to the practicality of saving the planet would be good. I also pointed out that the WC seemed to be leaking into the bowl - something the cleaner should spot when doing the room.

Beautiful and inviting, and wonderfully atmospheric. The wood panelling and 19th century portraits in the dining room made me wish I'd brought my dinner jacket. The food was exceptional as was the service. And the view I woke up to took my breath away. It was perfect.

Arriving in the car park at night, I could have wished for a sign, however discreet, to tell me where I could find reception. Otherwise it was perfect.
