The staff at the hotel were very friendly and always available to help. Alessia and Alejandro were amazing, they were friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The owners were very nice and friendly and the hotel was well looked after her and kept very clean. Breakfast offered a big variety, fruits, pastries and cooked breakfast on request. Great place, would definitely use again.

Courteous staff. Good breakfast. Free parking. Great facilities although we were there only overnight and didn't use them all.
Bathroom is a bit small and outdated. Basically I dislike scraping elbows when in Shower which is the case here.

Not bad option for an emergency one night stay
Bed was not comfortable (matress much too soft). Be prepared for the constant noise from autostrada and descending aircrafts heading to Milan. Have earplugs ready.

Cheap. Check in all night long. Next to bergamo airport. Friendly staff.
Room soundproofing was bad: we could hear all the noises from the corridor and particularly from the street and the nearby park. Clean should be improved; we found some hairs in the bathroom

Very nice area, green and quiet. Good services, excellent breakfast! The airport is close, if you drive a car it takes 10-15 minutes.

good location, nice staff
despite non smoking stickers, the corridors and partially rooms are damped with the smell of smoking. Toilet fluh button was hardly working as it was fixed with scotch tape :)

Just stayed one night. Arrived quite late but no problem. Great staff on reception and at breakfast. Room was super clean and very comfortable.
