I had awesome stay in the apartment. The location was close the train station which I wanted since I was travelling each day to a new city. The surroundings and path to station was quiet and safe, I didn't have a problem returning at night. The room was clean and comfy with private bathroom and a balcony. The kitchen was well equipped with food for breakfast and dishes for turists use. The.terrace was big and spacious and it was nice to spend time there. I liked the apartment and the host's mother who explained everything with some advice.

The only thing I didn't like was there weren't any curtains on the windws so the shutters had to be down and it was quite dark in the morning.

I liked the location, a pleasant short walk into town with a good bar nearby. The room was good with a balcony and there was a well- equipped kitchen. The terrace was excellent with views all around and very spacious. Check-in was available from 12.00 and Leonardo was very helpful and attentive. His mother Tamara, who lives in the flat opposite, also came in to introduce herself. I would definitely go back to La Terrazza.

The room was nice, the bed comfy and a big balcony. Everything was really clean. It's a quiet area. 7 minutes walk to the train station. The kitchen is well equipped and there is free water, coffee and tea.

There was no breakfast and the room was too cold. The heating system only works if the temperature drops under 20°. This is maybe ok for a lot of people and in summer but for me it was too cold.

I liked the place, more than enough for one person! But I especially liked the warn welcome from the owners of the B&B! They were super nice with me, first, by allowing me to arrive later than the expected arrival time and secondly, by explaining everything to me in a very nice manner! Thank you to the owners!

Quite place, nice environment! About 2 minutes to the train station empoli, which connected to all directions in Italy!

Please could you put microwave for your customers to warm their food! Microwave is different from oven! I couldn’t be able to get my food warmed, due to absence of microwave! There’s was an oven!! We needed microwave! I will love to come back again! Kind Regards

I loved how close it was to the train station and I really liked the setup especially the fact that I could have use the fully equipped kitchen to cook my meals if I needed to. Room was spacious and very clean including the bathroom.

The water pump was working intermittently (very low pressure for 2 seconds, normal pressure for 3) that produced a quite loud sound audible through the walls. Walls generally too thin to shield from any noise even the smallest ones from the other rooms (like people snoring or breathing) which made me feel quite conscious from even opening the main door when getting back to the room late at night..

Friendly accommodating lady. Beautifully clean. Very comfortable. Very useful kitchen facilties.

Best stay place to stay if you are planning to visit pisa and Florence. Every 15 -30 mins you have train to pisa and Florence. The stay place is 10 min walkable from empoli railway station and the elderly couple managing the rooms were amazing.

I spent three nights at La Terrazza. Very enjoyable stay - warm, comfortable, and clean rooms. Good to be able to have breakfast at any time, and also the ability to prepare a basic meal using the kitchen facilities.

There acually is a terrace above, though I did not have time to relax there.

To have found some milk in the fridge would have improved my stay.
