Very convenient for a night between flight connections. Easy to get to - first stop on the train and then it's a 5 minute walk. Easy enough check in with an app. The room had everything we need for a night and had nice complimentary touches from the hosts who were very responsive over whatsapp.

This is really a room within an apartment (you have your own bathroom) but the thing is when people are moving in the other rooms, you hear everything. So we got awoken quite a few times - probably the other rooms had early flights so were leaving like 4-5-6 AM. Not the end of the world but still the soundproofing is non existent.

I loved how close the hotel was to the train station! I had a 12 hour layover before my next flight and wanted somewhere to rest for the night. I was able to take a shower & catch a good nights sleep which I am very happy about! There were sooo many snacks and drinks inside the fridge which was so nice to have after a ling day of traveling and everything nearby being closed.

Don’t use Apple Maps to get to the location, Google maps is way more accurate. Even though I was sent pictures and maps, everything looks so much different in the dark but Google maps brought me straight to the door!

The apartment is just two blocks from the train stop, Parco Leonardo, so ideal if you need to get to FCO airport (or Rome). Ileana's directions for how to find the apartment complex are very clear, and the Vikey app had no trouble opening the lobby door. We did have trouble opening the Apt 19 door using the app, so be prepared to knock or call Ileana. Another guest opened the door for us. Our room (there are 3 in the apartment) was clean and comfortable. Snacks, tea, and coffee were a nice touch. Free WiFi.

The video showing how to open the apt door shows the user turning the handle clockwise, but the door opens only by turning the door knob counterclockwise...if you can get the magnets inside the knob to engage long enough to do that. Very finicky.

So close to FCO Rome airport and the shopping center with terrific grocery store as well a adult beverage selection

My phone may have been the problem, I couldn't access the walking map to find the condo. People had to help me, I don't speak Italian. The inside front door is wonky. It was very difficult to open. A wonderful neighbor saw me, took over, called the contact and after many tries we gained entry. She even brought me an espresso! I still recommend this place.

The position of this guesthouse close to the Fiumicino airport is perfect. We had a morning plane to take, so it was great to catch the train at the stop literally around the corner for just one stop. Very convenient. The owner was not present, but she descirbed the access to the apartment in detail by WhatsApp and sent us a digital key to open all the doors. You need to have an internet connection though. For us it worked very well. There was a welcome drink on the table and we could make coffee or tea in the room which we appreciated.

The bathroom is situated outside of the room, which is not a problem, as long as your neighbours don't use it by mistake (which happened to us) - but of course, such things happen.

The owner gave great directions on how to get from the airport to the room which made it super easy and was only 1 stop from the airport (6 minutes) which cost 8 Euro each. It was only about 20 - 25 minutes to get into Rome on the train which was 2.20 Euro each. The apartment was larger than I expected and was a great place unwind and relax. It was right near the shopping centre which I really enjoyed doing some shopping.

Excellent location and price if you need somewhere to stay for a night while waiting for your next flight. Lots of snacks and drinks included in the price. Very helpful host.

My flight arrived very late so I had to check in using the electronic key. Instructions were clear, however the app didn't work at all for me and I couldn't open the door no matter what I tried. Luckily the host was awake and opened the doors remotely. Also the shower was very annoying to use. The water was either very hot or cold.

The room was very nice spacious comfortable and clean. It had a private bathroom and a big balcony.

Our basic problem was the check in. The owner asked us to download an app and then download electronic keys! We were trying for 10 minutes to use the app to unlock the door! If u aren't comfortable with technology there is no way u can use this app. Also the breakfast is coffee, dry bread, marmalades and some supermarket snacks but for the price we paid *65€ we didn't expect anything fancy. Also the owner responded immediately to out key problem and offered us a solution.

The room was great for an early flight the next day. The listing says the bathroom is outside the room, but infact it is an ensuite bathroom. Which means the bathroom is located inside the bedroom. Everything is provided for your stay. Would definitely stay there again if I had an early morning flight.

Everything was great. I can not think of one thing to say bad about the place. Not one thing at all. Maybe have a non dairy milk as an option for coffee.

Great location, one tram station from Fiumicino Airport and then you need to walk 5 min to the building. First I had some issues to download the app to enter the building but the owner was so patient and helpful, she awaited me at the house complex. I got one room and one bathroom for myself. The room was cozy and comfortable with my own balcony, refrigerator and a coffee machine. The breakfast was prepared in the corridor (she also offered her homemade limoncello <3) so so great!!

Slightly difficult to find the right building at first.
