Lovely receptionist, that was also the cleaning lady. She could not speak English well, but with Google translate we communicated well. She was willing to help with everything we needed. When we wanted to have an early start the first morning, she made up a breakfast basket for us the previous afternoon that was fantastic!! Everything was clean and lovely. The tram-stop is just across the road from the Guest house, so that was very convenient.

We did not have a view from the guest house, which is always a bonus. The location is not in the middle of attractions, but that can be a bonus, as well as a downfall, depending on what your preferences are.

The room was clean, spacious and well kept. Alessandra was lovely at check in and gave us many details on things to see in Florence.

The location…it was a bit out of the way for walking. The main attractions are all at least 20-25 minutes by foot. The B&B is also on the 4th floor of a industrial like building on a very busy road. Also note that the host are not on the premises -so if you needed extra towels or has any complaints you had to communicate via text (they were very responsive when you did). We also had a noise complaint, we were in #5- whoever was upstairs was loud and scrapping items over the floor all three nights from 10:30-12am.

Honestly couldn't have asked for more lovely staff! The communication was fantastic and the self check in details were so precise that it wasn't stressful at all. The location is about 5-10 minutes walk from the train station and a 10-15 minute walk to the old town centre. Room was clean, a small fridge and minibar available with super cheap prices. The breakfast was limited options but was perfect for us, a fresh croissant and cappucino was lovely, not to mention how welcoming and accommodating the staff are. We were able to store our luggage there after check out until we left later in the afternoon 😁

Our stay in this B&B was amazing! The host is very nice and helpful. We arrived after normal check-in time, the host gave us clear instructions how to get in and our door was open with the key inside. The room itself is big and everything is clean. Small bathroom is sufficient and also clean, with soap included. Unfortunately, because the B&B is next to a busy road, you can not really use the balcony but for us that was no problem. There are double doors/windows so you definitely do not hear anything from the road! Fresh breakfast every morning, the host made us cappuccino and espresso aswel - very nice!!! It is about 25/30 min walk to the city centre, which was definitely doable. You can also take the tram for 2 stops and walk the last part, if you prefer. In conclusion: A very nice B&B, we would definitely stay here again when we visit Florence!

The room was very nice and clean. We had a lot of clean towels with posibility to change every 2 days. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of food and variety. Also the most important thing was the presence of Ms Rafaella who helped us with coffee, food and with recomandations for good place to eat. The owner gave us some advice regarding the location and all the information needed.

Only 1 little recomandation: the bed and the pillow were very confortable,but it would be better to have 1 big mattress instead of 2 little.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and safe, in-room mini bar. A 3-minute walk to tram stop. Close to main train station and restaurants. Two tram stops from Novella station. Very private and very quiet B&B. It is 1.5 miles from Uffizi and 1.1 from Academia and Dome by foot. We would stay again.

For the price, everything was good. It is budget stay and great for a few days in the area. Only problem is if elevator is out of order (happened once during the visit). The B&B is on the 4th floor.

The room was a good size for our 2 night stay and had everything we needed. Although close to the main road there were two sets of double doors leading to the small terrace so noise was negligible. There was also a kettle to enable T & C to be made, ironing facilities if needed and a corkscrew - very handy as most wines sold in Italy are not screw tops. The Bed was 4-poster and there was also a single bed so a 3rd person could also be accommodated The continental breakfast was ideal and the service provided throughout our stay by Gaia was very good and friendly.

We would not fault anything about the room or general facility.

Could not recommend B&B Antiche Armonie more, the owner Gaia is super communicative and made sure we had all the information we could need to find the room. The furnishings are traditionally Tuscan in style and were the comfiest in our stay in Italy, a kettle, cups and espresso was included in every room. The highlight of the stay was the lovely Celina who speaks fluent English, French and German, she was so hospitable and accommodating!

The only downside is that the property is located outside the main city centre of Florence so you will end up doing a bit of walking but we were aware of this and it certainly didn’t impact our stay negatively. It’s still very close to the train station, so very convenient if you have a lot of luggage.

Everything you ask for in a vacation is available herein. 1st time ever a host meet us up at tram station to guide back to the hotel. Nearest to tram station. It's very family like atmosphere, Serena made us feel like home. Sad to leave such a wonderful hotel for another city. Will stay here on my next visit for sure. Highly recommended if you want a convenient staycation. Well done Simon, Gaia and Serena.

Nothing actually bcoz everything was perfect. Maybe they need to change the room towels on alternate days.

Our short stop in Florence was made very comfortable by our lovely host Serena! She was so friendly and made us feel so welcome and at home. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. We really appreciated the Nespresso machine and kettle in the room. Very handy having a corkscrew as well so we could enjoy our wine on the cute balcony! Breakfast is full of variety and very filling. Wifi was very fast and reliable.

Nothing - we were sad to miss breakfast on the day we checked out because we had to leave so early!
