The location is TOP. Perfect for a night walk to Ponte Vecchio, perfect for an early morning to go take a coffee and croissants. Perfect for shopping and have a break for leaving the bags at the property. Perfect for the best restaurants in town.

It is the first property in Italy that doesn't have a coffee machine :D How cooooome? :))) We were lucky with the coffee shop in the corner.

Upon arrival in Florence Train station, the local contact person for the check in did not respond to Wattsapp messages even though he requested for me to message him upon arrival. After I had walked to the apartment building entrance, I had to call the local contact person who then responded and after that I had to wait another 25 minutes in the cold air for the local contact to arrive. Poor wifi reception in most bedrooms No clothes washer / dryer in the apartment Apartment heating temperature cannot be controlled in the apartment as the heating is centrally managed for the entire building TV in 1 of the bedrooms (next to the door) was not working

We liked the combination of period building with contemporary apartment interior. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The central location was perfect and although it was busy outside the windows when closed effectively soundproofed the interior. Communicating with the people responsible for dealing with visitors was easy.

We couldn’t work out how to adjust the temperature in the bedroom adjacent to the kitchen so that room was a little too warm at night. We liked the quirky vintage lift but using it depended on previous users having remembered to close the doors and press the button after themselves. If they had not done so the stairs might be difficult for less able visitors.

Fantastic upmarket apartment restored and refurbished to an exceedingly high standard. Well located and in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the Ponte Vechio. Right in the heart of the upmarket Florentine Designer district as well as close to most restaurants and attractions. The apartment had comfortable new beds, linen, contemporary modern porcelain bathrooms. brautiful dining area with modern kitchen with amenities.

They need to put a kettle and have Kitchen steps to enable one to access the crockery and kitchenware in the upper cupboards. Even for me who is 1.78m it was too high.

This is a lovely apartment. We booked for three couples and each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The apartment was simple but stylish and all very clean. The beds were comfy. Showers were nice. There was adjustable air con throughout. The apartment is very central; very close to the Duomo.

If I was to be very picky, a kettle and toaster would be nice, but we boiled water in a pan, and it was fine.

It was so perfect; the location, the aesthetics, we loved people watching from above!

There wasn't much we didn't like. We left a small list of items we thought would make it even better like a coffee machine and a toaster and they were very receptive to our input. Honestly, who wants to make your own coffee in Italy anyway?!

Great facilities, excellent location. A bit noisy for the couple in the front bedroom, but we all loved it and would go back in a heartbeatWonderful showers, strong wifi, working elevator. You can't beat the location, a block off the Duomo.

Nothing. It was a perfect stay for 2 couple and a solo who wanted to be able to cook for themselves.

Met on time

Person that met us was on time but seemed unhappy to be there. For the price paid she could have been more welcoming.

-spacious -great location -quiet -comfortable beds -bathrooms all working well -great location

-didn’t get enough directions on how to work air conditioning, inquired and didn’t get answer- we were cold at night -gave numbers to ask for help but no one responded -could have had more dishes, pans, utensils in kitchen -more toilet paper as we stayed a few nights -ended up costing more than we thought

The locations is amazing!! 3 minutes from the Duomo and 10 minutes from everywhere else! Walking into this place blew my and my friends minds with its beauty and cleanliness. Three bathrooms too!! The host was very nice and the key was a code. The building had a vintage elevator which was so cute and perfect for Instagram. Would stay a million times over.
