Very clean and spacious. The shower was big and after being in Rome, Florence and Venice finally we were able to take a nice shower.

It is a small boutique hotel. The description of it in booking is very accurate about everything. What made a big difference was its very friendly and helpful stuff. From our arrival, Eleonora made our check-in a breeze, while during the stay, Julie accommodated all our needs brilliantly. Hotel is located within walking distance to all attractions from your "must see list," including a train station. We had a rental car but did not use it during the 3 day stay. Read the hotel description and follow it to the dot as well as communicate with them before the arrival with any questions. they were great with answering all questions and providing great tips. We stayed in ‘Melissa’ room with a balcony which was immaculately clean and very nice. Plenty of storage space for clothes. Breakfast was good with continental choices, with a very helpful member of staff on hand to make fresh coffee/tea, fresh orange juice and scrambled eggs.

The toaster was very slow could do with being replaced with a new one. Also, there was no milk sachets in the room but plenty of tea, coffee and sugar. This wasn’t a problem because we just asked a member of staff for some.

The property itself is located very central so is very easy to reach everything from restaurant to tourist attraction and is 1km far from the train station. Room are nice well kept and looks new too The staff is amazing they have been very friendly helpful and professional We will be definitely coming back to this place when in Florence

The room was lovely. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely and offered a great selection of foods, including plenty of gluten free options.

We found it difficult to locate initially. The buildings on the street are numbered in red,blue, and black. Red is for businesses and blue and black were for residences. The Hotel had a black number, there is a hairdressing shop at the spot with the same red. address number. We had to continue about a block further than expected(as indicated by deceasing building numbers) to locate the Hotel. So when you book this hotel, remember that when you get to the spot that you think the hotel should be, continue another block and you will find it.

Hosts were very warm, welcoming and helpful! Excellent bedroom and en-suite; very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a very good and varied spread. Within walking distance of the centre of town, so it was nice and quiet at night.

The only issue we had was with the electric sockets that required a three pin adapter in order for us to use our travel adapter (it may have been us, we’re not very familiar with the EU sockets!)

This is the second time I have stayed here and it’s now my go to place when I visit Florence! The staff and kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. Breakfast is lovely and the hotel is in walking distance to all the major attractions! The room is spacious and clean & the shower facilities are really good. We will be back, thank you for a wonderful stay!

the property was stunning. Double height ceilings and a beautiful spacious room with a balcony. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh toiletries and towels provided. The entire property was immaculate. staff where so helpful and friendly. continental breakfast was good also. location was excellent. honestly the best hotel we stayed in on our journey through Italy.

the only thing I have a slight constructive criticism about is the quality of the mattress and pillow. I have broken my back so I may very well be a lot harder to please than your average customer but I think if you put graded the mattresses to a hybrid pocket spring and memory foam you would be a very solid 10/10

The room was big and gorgeous. The shower is a little less but overall very nice and comfortable. The staff were lovely :) They were helpful, gave recommendations and provided us with breakfast in our room for the day we left early and were really lovely

The breakfast was quite basic, vegetables are missing and the coffee is very simple. It was a bit difficult to find the entrance to the hotel, because there is a very small and hidden sign. Any way I do recommend !
