brilliant location for seeing the sights, a view of the Arno, super comfortable room and bed, excellent accessibility apart from a few steps between the foyer and elevator. delicious breakfast next door.

beware if your room looks over the river, the street stays noisy for much of the night. In wet weather, having to cross over the square to the sister hotel for breakfast could be tiresome?

One night stay before moving to an apartment so I chose a small single room. It was very small but incredibly well designed and extremely clean with the most comfy bed and black out shades. Breakfast was directly across parking area in sister hotel and very nice. oddly, I recommend the American coffee rather than espresso. Location is perfect.

Gluten free options and more fruit would be nice. Pineapple allergy kept me away from fruit salad which typically isn’t great.

we loved this property. we did not expect it to be in such a central location it became apparent to us that this was a sought after hotel when we were recommended the bar upstairs by a friend and realised that it got fully booked by the public - except you get access as a hotel guest which was great. the bathrooms were so clean and modern, the room was spacious enough for two people to move around and keep cases in and get ready etc. the location is on the river and close to all shops, lots of restaurants and a short walk from the duomo.

We had to take taxis to the station, as you cannot walk along the streets with your cases and the roads are extremely busy in the day with tourists therefore this proved difficult upon arrival. There were not many plug sockets in the room which made it difficult to use multiple appliances at once. only two pillows are given on the bed.

The Continentale is in a fabulous location, just around the corner from Ponte Veccchio and a short walk to all the attractions. Breakfast was fine and the staff super friendly and helpful. Fabulous bar on the roof terrace for a cocktail

The electric sockets!!! My European plug adaptor only fitted in one plug next to the sink in the bathroom, so phone charging etc was tricky. Also the lighting was quite confusing for me

Location is ideal - right in the centre of things. Staff very good, helpful and knowledgeable.

Breakfast was on the basic side - not a great deal of choice. Air conditioning in the room only went down to 21 degrees, so had to open the window to cool things down which was noisy.

No restaurants in hotel or cafe, no coffee machine in the room, we had to go to the hotel in front of it. The enterance and the lobby needs work It looks like a budget hotel

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better - right at the end of the Ponte Vecchio. Roof top bar with fabulous views.

The hotel was very small and breakfast is taken in their sister hotel across the road, while this hotel was very nice it may have been easier staying in the other hotel to begin with

Set exactly by Ponte Vecchio, this boutique hotel was a dream stay! The staff was so welcoming - they also upgraded us to a better room as part of our honeymoon! Everything was on a walking distance, both monuments and restaurants, so the location was perfect! Excellent choice for a short stay in Florence!

The breakfast was in a hotel across the street. It was in a beautiful room, but basically a continental breakfast... not outstanding.

The rooftop bar was small and there was a 45minute stay limit.
