Fantastic location! This hotel is directly across from the Duomo and situated in an area with lots of restaurants and shops. It is an easy 10 minute walk from the train station. Our room was large, but we were a party of 8 and one couple had a very small room and one couple had a room that had not been updated. The hotel appeared to be updating rooms as workers were hanging wall paper. Our room, however, was spacious and very well appointed. The staff was very amiable and very helpful. We ate Breakfast one morning at the hotel and it was excellent, with a great selection and good coffee. They also had snacks out most of the day!

There was street noise at all hours of the night. I believe they were young college kids out having a great time. It was not too awful, but it did wake me up 2 nights in a row.

Excellent location. Less than 10 minutes (very pleasant) walk to every landmarks. Breakfast was varied with fresh fruits, eggs, etc with excellent coffee and cappuccino! A very safe area for women like me travelling alone with lots of restaurants and cafes at you doorstep. The superior single room is cosy with everything you need ( fridge, safe deposit). Excellent shower and large bathroom. Taxi drops you in front of hotel and picks you up the same. Also ( but not least) to mention very helpful staff and good management.

As publicised by the hotel on website there are a few steps to get to your room but this was not an issue and the staff helped me with my suitcase without me asking which I very much appreciated.

We were instantly charmed by the traditional Italian style of this hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and having 24 hour reception was amazing. We had breakfast most mornings at the hotel. Great value for only €12 and always greeted by the very friendly Georgia. The room was quite small, but very comfortable with really tasteful Italian design in the decor. Bed was very comfortable, and the room was serviced so beautifully every day. The bathroom looked recently renovated and the shower was spacious and worked really well. Plenty of lighting options as well.

Property had a perfect location was amazing. You can see the duomo wall from your room and when you walk out, you are straight into the heart of all. Everything is within perfect walking distance including galleries, restaurants etc. Staff were incredible so helpful and friendly. The hotel has an area you can sit and bring your own food like a little cafe, they also supply water both still and sparkling or coffee’s and treats. Staff were so accommodating for an entire stay helping us with anything we needed. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable- our best yet. Would highly recommend staying at this place it is so affordable for the location and the inclusions. Also wi-fi is fast working and great

The location, breakfast, view, and the little balcony in the room were great. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, quickly resolving any issues and ensuring you had everything you needed. You'll find the door to the hotel entrance just past the restaurant Don Nino.

Unfortunately, the mattress was not great and seemed a bit old, sinking in the middle. You might want to check with the hotel first about the type of mattress in your room.

Location is great if you have a view of the Duomo. Some of the rooms have been renovated and they look great. The staff were fantastic, incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. There were snacks available all day and a little balcony you could stand on looking out to the Duomo from the “restaurant” area.

While the room has been recently renovated, there were some significant cut corners. The skirting board was hanging away from the wall in one place and a socket in the bathroom had fallen in. While not major, they definitely influenced our score. Location is pretty amazing but very touristy.

Room was secure and felt safe and good security. 24 hour front desk avail. Excellent location. Easy to walk to everything. View of Duomo from bedroom window was stunning. Lots of places to eat close by. Very responsive front desk team. Federico and Stefano went above and beyond the call of duty to assist my daughter who was travelling solo when she enountered an unsafe situation on the train on way to the hotel. Their quick thinking, immediate reponses to whatsapp messages and expert guidance ensured her safety in this situation. Customer service was outstanding! We will return to this hotel again ! The location was excellent. The staff was very helpful and courteous, always willing to help make one's stay as pleasant as possible.

The room was rather small and so was the balcony, which view was very limited/obstructed. Shower was also small. The toilet paper was these little squares, that you have to pull one by one, but kept getting stuck in the dispenser. Annoying. The elevator is an antique and should be modernized. It's very small and can carry 2-3 people only. The breakfast could use an addition of eggs.

Great hotel, right in the heart of the town, yet high above so not too noisy. You access the hotel by a quaint little lift up through the building - so you are level with the roof of the Duomo - so great views out. The hotel has a balcony you can sit out on and enjoy the bustle of the town below. There is coffee and cake available all day and the staff are very helpful.

Whilst there is a lift up to the hotel, some of the rooms are down steep stairs from reception so be sure to ask when booking if you need something accessible without stairs. The staff are also happy to help with your bags.

Top-rate staff. We were so happy to stay here and will definitely be back. Very clean room, comfortable bed and lovely warmed towels, so nice on chilly days. The location could not be better. Easy to move around by foot or by bus, and you can’t get very lost as you can usually see the dome. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, it was so nice to have sweet and savory options. The breakfast waiter is kind, friendly and helpful. One small note is to ask for rooms in the entrance level (4th floor, by lift) if you have any mobility issues, as there are some rooms that require steps. My husband had a recent injury so we were being sensitive about stairs but it ended bit being an issue, but just something to point out.
