Location: close to train station (5 mins walk with luggage), close to town centre and most of the scenic spots (around 15-30 mins walk) Staffs: all of staffs (especially the reception)are very kind and willing to help and solve any problems (including breakfast, room door problems, etc) Service and the room: clean ground and bed after everyday cleaning; the room could be very quiet after closed all the windows, even though it was closed to train lines. Breakfast: provided different foods and drinks, different types of bread, scramble eggs, boiled eggs, bacons, mushrooms, cheeses and tomatoes, fresh fruits (watermelon, pineapple, white peach, etc), cereal, yogurt, fruit juice, coffee…… Only one thing isn’t that good: the room isn’t large enough after putting two big luggages.

Hotel itself was very clean, the rooms were a decent size with a lovely large bed. Our first room was excellent size with a large room and large bathroom. However, we had an issue with the toilet on our second night where the floating toilet came away from the wall!!! However, when we reported it the next morning to reception they sent the maintenance men straight to the room and when they said they couldn't fix it we were moved to another room straight away. This room again was nice but the bathroom was VERY small. So with most hotels, it is the luck of the draw. Breakfast was really good value and lots of options. The staff themselves were so lovely and very helpful, an absolute asset to the hotel!!!

It is worth noting that the hotel is a good 10/ 15 minute walk to the outskirts of the town. While that doesn't sound much, in the heat and going out for dinner you are looking at a good 25 minutes walk (depending where you are going in the city) so you are very hot and sweaty before you even arrive at dinner.

It was about a 5 minute walk from the train station and maybe 10 minute walk to Old Town. The staff were very friendly and quick to respond. They also had a good hotel breakfast which included student kinds of cereal, granola, yogurts, fruit, breakfast pastries, and pancakes.

The only down side was that there was no A/C in the room which meant we had to sleep with the balcony door open. This wouldn't have been a big deal but since there was no net on the door insects could come in (even with the curtains drawn). If you are that person that always gets bitten even though no one else does (me!), I would consider staying in the winter or when they get A/C in May.

Well-located if you need to be near the station, although it's not in a particularly "nice" or attractive area of Florence. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the Basilica Santa Maria Novella, and about 20 minutes to the Duomo. We walked back from the Ponte Vecchio in half an hour. There's a tram stop very close to the hotel. Our room was large, peaceful, well appointed and had plenty of storage space with excellent air-conditioning (absolutely essential when we stayed in 38º heat and humidity). Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice from a lovely buffet. The onsite parking area was secure and there was plenty of room to manoeuvre. Members of staff were universally helpful, welcoming and professional.

The restaurant only served breakfast, and there didn't appear to be any restaurants close by - it's probably a 10-minute walk. Although it was possible to buy a drink from reception, there wasn't a bar. However neither of these things was a big problem and wouldn't stop us recommending the hotel.

The property is clean, smart and well maintained. The rooms comfy and well cared for. Air conditioning was good.

It’s near the railway. This is not really any sort of problem during the night but you can hear the odd rumble during the day. Its not a problem unless you are really sensitive to noise. The only other issue was the shower. The water is hot which was goo, but in room 209 the pressure was lower than some places we have stayed. Probably the weakest feature of the hotel but not a deal breaker.

The location was excellent just minutes away from Firenze central train station and so close to attractions , the room was modern spacious and very well equipped . The staff members were friendly and really helpful , I would like to thank the reception lady " Soukayna" who welcomed us upon our arrival and was helping and answering all our inquiries . I would highly recommend this hotel to any one who wants to visit Firenze 👍😊

The weather was extremely hot during our stay and we would have appreciated if the AC was a little bit colder ..

Air conditioning worked perfectly... specially in August when outside was 38 degrees. The breakfast was amazing.

If you go by car, there is a small parking lot on place but expensive (€20/night). Due to the limitation of space in the own parking lot, there is also a service of "valet parking" with an external company, even more expensive (€25/night).

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection for a European style and was aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The room I had was situated over a busy street, so it made a nice view when I wanted to open the windows.

When I first arrived the first hotel liason was about to turn me away because I did not have a passport. I live in Italy, so I shouldn't need a passport to stay in lodging within this country. Blessed be the co worker because she helped me out and allowed me not to lose money having to book another hotel or drive back home.

The hotel was in walking distance to the center (15min max) and almost next to the tram stop, just a few stops from the airport. The staff was very friendly and our room was ready even before usual check-in time. Very comfy beds and even Tempura cushions were provided. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby during our stay, and a free water bottle in the room for each of us. Good choice at the breakfast buffet, plant based milk was available too.

Water from the tap tastes like chlor (when one is used to Austrian/German tap water), toilet close to the breakfast room was not taken care of (didn't flush properly and the seat was even broken), The minibar in the room was very noisy, without earplugs I would have stayed awake.
