Location was very good the breakfast was expensive but an excellent array of foods. The entire staff was very courteous and helpful. We needed some help with a health issue and they went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue.

Our room was located below the first floor it was very dark and had absolutely no view. The window faced a small area used for the service carts and other maintenance items. With price of the room being over 300 euro per night I would suggest some large plants be put in that area to cover the work carts and help provide a more pleasant view. I mentioned above that the breakfast was excellent but, in my opinion, overpriced. The breakfast was twice as expensive then the breakfast we received in our hotel in Rome. Your breakfast was slightly better but not twice as nice.

Small boutique hotel around 10 minutes walk to central old town Florence. Great staff, excellent breakfast and very comfortable modern rooms. A special mention to Leonardo who makes the best carafe of Aperol Spritz in Italy and who went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect.

Beautiful hotel .. clean and location is great. Staff are all wonderful from the front desk, dining rooms and housekeeping..kind and very friendly people.

Excellent little boutique hotel with great service from staff. Included breakfast was good and location was decent. Everything is within walking distance.

Our Suite said it had access to the SPA but I didn't see anything special or may be it meant the Jacuzzi? While the breakfast was decent, it got old eating the same thing every day.

The Hotel is at the end of the central tourist area right on the river so we were in close walking distance north to a smaller restaurant area without the loud huddle & bustle of main tourist srea. But also only a 10-25 walk to all the main attractions like the Uffizi & the Duomo heading down river. It was very hot during our stay so the AC was definitely needed & the room decor & bathroom were nice. Constanza & the other young receptionist were helpful & responsive for dinner reservations, suggestions. Although tipping isn't the same as in US, I would have given her more but ran out of Euros. Breakfast was great, as it had a great selection of food for all tastes, you could request a hot beverage of choice & order pancakes or a specific omelet. The staff was attentive & social

Needed the AC since it was so hot but it was actually set too low 60° & couldn't be controlled except to turn off & it turned back on shortly. Good temp for hot part of the day but too chilly at night. Please give guest room temp control or set to 67° Also, we reserved a triple room which had a convertible sofa bed for my son but room needed to be a little larger to accommodate moving around since seating was occupied

The hotel is an exceptional boutique hotel that is small but with many amenities and modern design and accommodations. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful during the entire stay. Both the gentleman and woman at the desk during are stay were incredibly helpful. The room was very modern with Wi-Fi, a very comfortable bed , TV etc. the bathroom was was also very modern but small and the shower could have been designed better to prevent water from reaching the floor it was nevertheless a very strong and pleasant shower. The breakfast was advertised as light but they understated the breadth and amount of food and service provided for breakfast. It was outstanding. Overall it was an excellent hotel experience and if the weather had not been so unpredictably hot, the location on the river relative to Ponte Vechio would not have so great. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi we loved the entrance, were greeted by friendly staff and our stay exceeded our expections. The hotel and rooms were not only beautiful but so clean. The staff were so wonderful to make sure our stay was perfect. Georgio helped us with the rooms and booked our rooftop sunset experience. Leonardo was an incredible chef, bartender and conversationalist! Breakfast was absolutely delicious!! We will absolutely stay again next time in Florence!!
