This hotel is located on the square in Florence. I stayed in their largest room on the top floor which had a beautiful view. The room was large enough to have a sitting area. The bathroom was very spacious as well. The hotel does have an elevator to the lobby but there are stairs if you are in one of the top floor rooms. Keep this mind when booking so you can mention to them via messenger if you have issues with stairs. The breakfast is made to order as this hotel does a bit of hybrid - hotel and bed and breakfast. I picked out my breakfast the night before on the menu and everything was prepared the next morning in the dining room. So delicious and a nice change.

Great location. 10 min walk from station. Very central able to easily walk to all the attractions. Lots of good restaurants around the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room a good size. Lovely view of the square from our window. Loved being able to people watch. The windows have good soundproofing so noise cut down considerably. We are gluten free and had a lovely breakfast every morning including tasty gluten free croissants. We could even have had pancakes. Best breakfast we have had and I didn’t feel left out Would definitely recommend.

Great location, very central with easy walking access to all major points of interest and the central train station. The building and facility felt secure, and the room, lobby and breakfast area were clean and well maintained. The staff was professional and very helpful.

What a lovely find. The room spacious and warm. Bathroom huge. All amenities found. Our host helped us with restaurants and local sights. Breakfast was absolutely fine for us. Gluten free bread and cheese and ham toastie as well as Great breakfast tea! Lovely to stay and would highly recommend people do. A fine example of a B&B. Bed so comfortable it was difficult to get up in the morning. Can't rate highly enough. Our lovely host even ordered the taxi for the airport. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

This charming, beautifully decorated, and spotless B&B in the heart of Florence, was truly a delightful (and romantic) place to stay during our first visit to the city. Both the room and bathroom were gorgeous! I loved the view of the Duomo, Campanile, and San Lorenzo Piazza from our apartment on the top floor. And the sound of beautiful bells from the Basilica di San Lorenzo and the Campanile! We received a warm and ready welcome when we arrived and our hosts were super helpful. Although our room was up a flight of stairs, our host carried our heavy bag up the stairs for us without hesitation. It was quite hot but the room was air conditioned, making it such a welcoming home base to return to. Because of its close location to everything, it was an easy walk from the train station and to all the city sights. We could go out for the day but easily return to rest, cool off, and refresh for our next adventure. We also loved watching the sights below our windows on the piazza. Finally, we also loved how it was a bit outside of the throngs of people, making it also a quiet respite from the crowds.

Great location, with an excellent view of the Duomo right outside your window. Central location and steps always from the Piazza del Duomo and Basillica di San Lorenzo. Walking distance to both Uffizi and Accademia Galleries. Room was clean, felt spacious, and enjoyed the sofa to lounge in. Good air conditioning too!

The staff, in particular, Costanza, is unfriendly and rude. Only one staff member works there at a time so that person is the receptionist, the concierge, and the breakfast server. Given that Costanza is there to help and greet you, she did so begrudgingly. She made me feel uncomfortable and I would avoid asking her questions because of her attitude. There is a male staff member whom I saw only once and he was very friendly and checked in to see if my stay was pleasant. He was also swift in answering questions via WhatsApp. Breakfast is not included and 12 euros per person. It is also not worth it. The omelette is very dry, thin, and overcooked. Know that there are many cafes around the corner that can provide a tastier breakfast that is priced around 5-6 euros.

The room was lovely, location was perfect, view from the window was fabulous. Would stay there again if we're ever in Florence.

Our room was amazing and so clean. All of the facilities including the breakfast room were very well decorated and a pleasure to use. Breakfast wasn't included and was 15 euros per person and could be chosen the night before. We had breakfast 3 times and it was good. The staff were so helpful and I must give special mention to Alessandro who was so helpful and pleasant. The location was walkable from the Santa Maria Novella rail station 10 mins, and very central to all the attractions. We could see the Duomo clearly from our window. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. I think a little more choice for breakfast would be nice but no great problem as what was offered was good.

This property was in a perfect, central location but as we were on 3rd floor we felt we were away from the busy streets and square. The room we had was beautifully presented, and much larger than expected. Gorgeous room with a sofa and chair to use and lovely, large bathroom, with high quality toiletries. It was good to be able to open the windows and look down on the square and soak up the atmosphere. Our hosts were very charming, attentive and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast but I heard it was good. We just chose to head out and try different places for breakfast. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Nothing. It was perfect

This was the perfect location for visiting the museums and famous sights of Firenze. It was an easy 12 minute walk from the train station, even pulling our roller boards. We walked to everything easily. Many restaurants in the area too, as well as the Mercato Centrale which every type of food imaginable and was great for quick lunches. The room was large and the bathroom was large. The windows opened out onto the piazza of the Basilica San Lorenzo which was a perfect view. The breakfast was excellent. It is a very small B&B type hotel, just a few rooms, and very quiet.

Everything was as expected and excellent.
