Residenzia d'Epoca Visacci is an great place to stay. The location was excellent, very central on the second floor of a old beautiful building. From the bedroom and the small balcony we had the view to the Dome, amazing!! Although the place is so central, we did not hear any noise. Our suite with terrasse was according to the pictures on the webpage, spotless clean, every day service, including goodies for breakfast. The Donatella is a Super Host . She will book restaurants for you give you suggestions where to find what ... She is always very eager to help and make the stay in Florence the best possible. Highly recommended! We feel lucky to have found this place and will certainly be back.

A Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Florence This accommodation exceeded all my expectations! It’s perfectly located – just a two-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo and close to all the main attractions in Florence. The room was incredibly fresh and clean, with a balcony and a beautiful view of the garden. Despite the central location, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels, clean sheets, and even restocking of the minibar – something we hadn’t expected. Our host Donatella was there every day and took amazing care of her guests. I truly want to highlight her hospitality. She welcomed us with a big smile and immediately offered to help me with my suitcase – something that really impressed me. A kind, elegant young woman who genuinely cares about her guests. My wife and I had a wonderful week in Florence, and staying at this place made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The apartment has an unbeatable location — right in the historic center, just a 5-minute walk from the Duomo. It’s set in a beautifully maintained historic building, which even has an elevator a rare luxury in this kind of architecture. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious and features a stunning terrace with direct views of the Duomo. The mini fridge is restocked daily with juice, water, breakfast snacks, wine, and beer such a thoughtful touch. Everything you need is provided, and the place is spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping. The staff is truly exceptional — always ready to help with anything you might need. The host, Donatella, is extremely warm and friendly. I had an early check-out and a late flight, and she kindly stored my luggage and even helped me arrange a taxi. I felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. I will absolutely be returning — for the location, the comfort of the apartment, and above all, the perfect hospitality. A 10/10 experience.

Everything was perfect! We stayed here for 7 nights and we could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. The location was excellent! It’s near to grocery, pharmacy and an abundance of shops and restaurants. It’s also 5 minutes walk away from the Duomo. It’s really near to everywhere. The residence itself is located in a historic building (an old palace), which was really cool. The place is very well maintained, very clean and charming. And our host, Donatella was amazing! She was so friendly, warm and thoughtful. She really made us feel welcomed and looked after. This place really felt like home for the week we were there. It made our stay in Firenze so memorable and enjoyable, I think I left a little of my heart there. Was so sad to leave.

The management of this hotel is OUTSTANDING - so above and beyond helpful. We ran into one of the owners at a local cafe and when we went to pay, she had bought our breakfast! The VIEW is outstanding and just as good as the pictures. The location is amazing and there is a restaurant on the main floor. We booked at the last minute and while I would not hesitate to stay here again, I would select a different room.

We were last minute so I can't complain but the room itself was tight for us, and the bathroom was really tiny. There was a small "upstairs" part to the suite that we did not make use of but it did have an absolutely killer view.

Last week of Sept 2024 weather was perfect 70s-80s. Did not need to pack some of the jackets I did but was nice to have a layering piece at dinners. Days were still very warn no sweaters needed. The views were definitely the selling point! Honestly we didnt go up to the terrace a lot because our little balcony was so nice! It was a great location to a lot of areas!

The scent they have throughout the building/room gave us instant headaches. Although we had 2 levels its still quite small with nowhere to put a suitcase so it makes it challenging to organize your things. Bathroom is tiny.

the location was perfect in the downtown, room size is also perfect for long stay with kitchen to make your own breakfast, salt, olive oil, sugar, condiments, café, tea, snaks, water is provided, Carrefour City just un front of the building. Good quality of shower and bed clothes provided. The receptionist is so kind and help with táxi and City information. Very Good experience overall.

I would suggest a flexibility of the option of half day stay, or late check-out. of which can be interessante for bota in termos os eficiency of price and cost of cleaning because no need room service cleaning and the room can be available earliest. (I was there for a marathon race and no possible to leave at 11h because a shower Washington really need after the race, and I do not stay in the City after)

Our apartment was in such a central location to get around Florence. Close to lots of bars and restaurants you'll have plenty of choices about where to eat. The staff were lovely and accommodating during our stay, offering help when needed and going above and beyond to make our stay special. There were lots of personal touches like local lollies on the towels, and snacks in the mini bar to try. The bed was memory foam and soft but very comfortable. We also loved the view from the top balcony. It was a beautiful place to go and have a drink in the sunshine.

It was a bit difficult to find the apartments but the staff were great and came to help us quickly. It would be even better if there were clear instructions and photos of the building entrance.

My husband and stayed for our 5-year wedding anniversary, and Donatella and the team went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Amazing hospitality and service from the moment we arrived. The room and bathroom were small but modern, the bed was very comfortable. The view is breathtaking; every morning we woke to the church bells and opened the curtains to see the Duomo amongst the rooftops. The location is excellent, less than a 5 minute stroll to the Duomo. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Only small issue was the tap in the shower was broken, which meant we couldn't get the temperature very hot and the water pressure was low.

What a beautiful little hotel. My wife and I booked a stay for her birthday. Donatella and her staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She even surprised us one evening with a bottle of wine and a lovely rose for my wife. The location is superb - right in the heart of Florence and our terrace had a beautiful view of the Duomo. The room and property was kept impeccably clean and we always had fresh towels. Would definitely come back on another visit to Florence 10/10
