Pretty much everything! The location is superb. Right in the heart of Florence and yet quiet. The people could not have been kinder or more helpful with everything from late arrival to booking local restaurants (where the locals go). The room was spacious, with rooftop views over the city, and the bed was very comfortable. With all the above it made it great value. We will definitely return!

Perfect location in one of Firenze iconic and central street, making it ideal for exploring. Our suite was spacious and boasted gorgeous views of Firenze roofs. Despite the winter cold, it felt warm and cosy. We also appreciated having a coffee machine in the suite.

Our suite included a sofa bed, and when we asked to use it for more comfort, we were charged extra. I found this practice surprising, as in most hotels if a room includes a sofa bed, you can use it with no extra charge.

Location is perfect, right in the middle of Florence, 10 minutes from everything. We had a suite at the top floor , with beautiful view, very large and spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff very extremely helpful, lovely and professional.

The bathroom in our suite, although large and airy does not work. The shower is miniscule, almost impossible to use, and certainly not comfortable, toilet in the corner jammed in by radiator. The whole bathroom needs to be re-organized. And some hooks for large towels would be helpful. Please do offer a bottle of water every day, not just for the arrival. It does not cost much and these small things matter- we were quite grumpy walking to the supermarket in the rain on couple of occasions to buy water.

Wonderful apartment and in the best location in Florence. The suites are worth the price and the extra room you get compared to a normal hotel. Overall the suite was stunning, clean, comfortable and we couldn’t have been happier with the incredible location!!! When we return, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Having the little balcony was a great addition, there wasn’t much a view from our room but overlooking the rooftops of Florence it was still beautiful. The balcony didn’t feel very private just because of the location of it so if that bothers you speak to the lovely team here about your preferences.

Warm friendly staff, a beautiful suite with amazing city views, comfortable bed and pillows. Very quiet and peaceful. Location could not be better, located right in the heart of the shopping district. Any high-end retailer you can imagine has a store here, next door to Prada, Tiffany, Gucci, and the list is endless! Wonderful bakery just around the corner, literally a 3 minute walk from the hotel.

There was nothing to dislike!

Perfect localization, set on a majestic street surrounded by grife stores. The building is a charm itself, preserving its tradition and elegance. Cleaning was good and the staff were very kind. Terrace is a must (despite the partially covered view). Very safe area, clean and beautiful apartment way a friendly staff (Ariana was very kind).

The sofa on the living room is not much comfortable to sit after a long day exploring the city, recommend changing it to a more comfortable one with extending beds.

Where to begin? The apartments are on the top floor of a complex in the best place of Florence. It's a high fashion street (Gucci, Saint Laurent etc) and there are no cars allowed and no bars/restaurants around so its dead silence after 8 pm. It's near the train station, only takes 5-10 minutes to walk. And roughly the same walking to Santa Maria del Fiore. Loads of good restaurants not far from there. Good AC and good view. Cleaning did the best job. Will only be staying here when I get back.

I'm a little bit disappointed in the fridge matters, it's your typical mini-bar but we made it work by removing all things and putting in the lowest because you need loads of water in this august heat. Can't say anything bad other then that.

You could not ask for a better location in Florence. The property is located on a very quiet street filled with high-end retailers like Prada, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Ferragamo and easy walking distance to the popular tourist sites and literally hundreds of restaurants. We walked almost everywhere we cared to go. Alessandra and her excellent staff were friendly and exceedingly helpful throughout the duration of our stay.

A very minor "negative": Our suite would have benefitted from a little maintenance attention. Some fresh paint here and there to remove scuffs on the walls and a make-up mirror that wasn't broken. But all very minor and not at all a reflection on the overall quality of the experience.

Excellent and very central location, somewhat off the main thoroughfares but yet very close to everything (good for avoiding crowds). Many restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity of the property. Quiet room with amazing views of Florence.

The bathroom needed a bit of refurbishing (e.g., the showerhead, the cabinets had some water damage and the doors didn't open/close very well, the sink faucet leaked a bit, etc.). The Wi-Fi was spotty. The office is only open from 10am-6pm, so you need to handle all of your business with them between those times, although they are accessible via phone all the time. Overall a very good place to stay.
