We enjoyed our first day in Florence so much that we decided to spend the night there instead of driving back to our vacation rental in the mountains near Abetone. We were thrilled to find one last room available here at Parione Uno and booked it last minute. It exceeded our expectations... wonderful! The location is amazing, the parking excellent (just around the corner at a rate that's quite good... For Florence). With our two boys we slept like babies in the comfortable beds. There is nothing, and I mean nothing, they didn't think of here. We highly highly recommended this lovely establishment. If you are lucky enough to get a list minute room, or are smart enough to book ahead, do! We'll be back here in the future for sure. Mille Grazie Matteo and Giovanna!

I had a lovely stay with Parione Uno. They are located close to the train station and all the sights so it was incredibly convenient. They had a convenient luggage storage system for the day of check out. When I had asked them to reserve a taxi for me because of rain, they were quick to respond to me. The room itself was spacious, clean and had charming details - old fashioned keys, giant old wardrobe, wooden window covers. I liked that it had an updated and clean bathroom. If I ever came back to Florence I would be happy to stay with them again.

Because of the location, if it was loud outside you could hear it in the room, but also I could hear nice music/performances from the plaza just downstairs. During my stay it was quiet starting around 10pm.

It was a good location down town Florence. With our windows open we could heard the music from the streets, we had amazing concerts both nights. Our view over the rooftops was nice and unexpected.

We gave the taxi driver the link from bookings and he took us straight there. Then the lady in the both downstairs made it seem like we were in the wrong place so much so that we left. I went and talked with someone outside they said we were at the right address. Then went back talked to her again and again she convinced me I was wrong??? Finally my husband said well let’s try anyway, we went up the elevator with the lady not happy with us and we got it with our code no problem. I have no idea what the deal was.

We absolutely loved staying here. They accommodated our baby with us and provided a pack and play crib for him to sleep in. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hosts are quick to respond. Each room has its own bathroom. They also provide free coffee and water in the lobby which was great!

The elevator is super small and outdated, it’s difficult to go up and down with your things. This was especially hard with a baby in a stroller.

Great location, elevator is helpful for suitcaess. Keypad entry option is available after check in and you can leave your room keys in the lock box when you go out for the day. Really appreciated the coffee and water in the reception area and the kettle in the room.

Room is small (for example, no room to fully open a suitcase unless it was placed on the bed) but that isn't unusual for hotels in Europe.

My view was roof tops but I did get to see the sunsets. It was wonderful to hear the opera singers and muscians who played at the square and how it echoed down the street and up to my room. The location was fabulous. The accomodation surpassed my expectations.

I would only recommend getting better quality sleeping pillows. I found the pillows flat and hard.

Perfect location, didn’t realize when we booked it was in a very posh area of Florence. Proximity to sites was perfect. Elevator in the building was key. We appreciated Parione Uno procuring a taxi for us. The view from the property was cool, it overlooked the bell tower from the church next door. Giovanna was nice to show us where we were in proximity to the rest of Florence and what she would recommend. The hosts were very prompt when we had questions or requests

Very nice place and clean. Location is close to all the attractions. Arno river is around the corner with all the beautiful bridges. Florence Cathedral is about 15 minute walk. I liked that there was a tea kettle in the room and a water station in the lobby. Staff was helpful in arranging a taxi to train station which is about a 10 minute drive. 😁

Was a little pricey but nonetheless it was enjoyable.

The staff are very responsive and easy to reach. Anything that we were missing, they provided promptly and helped us reserve a taxi back to the train station. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The location was superb. Easy to walk to all of the main attractions in Florence, and close to shops and restaurants.

Location was perfect. Easy access to all of the key sites of the city. Family was sweet to welcome us with a special gift in honor of our marriage celebration. Comfortable, clean, but non-luxury b&b. Great easy access, in and out, property. Grateful.

While the staff was easy to contact and responsive via messaging, there wasn't someone on hand regularly. No real view. Could have provided some nice touches in common shared area.
