The whole complex is beautiful and walking around gives you an unforgettable view of the valley. Facilities and amenities are good. Breakfast buffet was also great. There is a place to park your car. Perfect for a group or family vacation.

The appartment we were upgraded to was spacious and perfect for a family. However my dust allergies flared up a lot in the rooms which is a sure sign that it was dusty and or moldy somewhere in the vicinity. The furniture and bathrooms are very old-fashioned and there seemed to be a wet spot on the outside of the bathroom wall.

The staff was great! We needed to do laundry as we were traveling for a while. They kept the laundry room open so we could finish. The staff was very helpful especially when there was a wedding going on and they were very busy. We didn’t book dinner before we arrived but they accommodated us and the breakfast was wonderful with great views!

More laundry facilities but that is it.

Beautiful view and really nice pool area

A lot of rules and restrictions when they are booked for weddings or other parties. Outdoor sofas and fountain only turned on for booked arrangements - would have been nice if it was for everybody

View from the pool was great and facilities were excellent.

The bistrot was too expensive but quality of food was ok. Too much noise in the pool, many inflatables (which should not be allowed in a pool of a hotel) and people shouting, it made the stay less relaxing than it could have been.

Amazing location, beautiful panorama, very supportive staff, afaik they do weddings there, so if you are looking to arrange one - this is a beautiful place, they have plenty of space and their territory looks beautiful!

Pool should have been opened from 10am, we had to wait till 11.30 just because their cleaner / service guy did not wake up in time and got late. We ended up only having like 15 mins to have a swim before check-out.

Set in a beautiful country site, lovely laid out, every wish catered for, everything very clean and tidy, all staff amazing especially Norina. They literally couldn’t do enough for us. As our son’s and new daughter en law wedding venue couldn’t have been better. Would definitely recommend this beautiful place to everyone.

There was nothing to dislike about the property

Great location and very nice grounds. The pool area is fantastic, with a superb view. Close to so many legendary sites.

The room was a little small for 4 people (but the price was totally fair for a family, so that's fine).

The location is wonderful. From the pool area you can see a beautiful Toscana panorama. The water in the pool was cristal clear, also the room was very clean and beautifully arranged. It was a place of dreams.

The place was so beautiful. So many beautiful spaces in one place and so many nice spots to hang out. The option to order lunch and dinner on spot was awesome! The breakfast was great too. The possibility to wash laundy was excellent. The staff was nice.

Our air conditioner wasn't that great. The fridge wasn't that great either.

Food was good. Beautiful views. Very clean. Family friendly. Spoke good english. Nice pool. Has a kids area in pool, pool area has gates

There were a few ants that got in some days, but they never bothered us. It was spotless apart from that. I would recommend highly. Cost was more than others but was worth it in my opinion.
