Lovely hotel with a great pool, ideal for hot summer days (we were there in a heatwave). The staff were friendly and helpful.

The doors slammed quite loudly so it could be a bit noisy when other guests came and went. Make sure to have a car as it's not possible to walk anywhere or catch public transport.

Great hotel if you want a refuge from sightseeing at busy towns. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. lovely to feel the breeze by the pool and set up the loungers in the shade to see the view. Very clean and comfortable beds. If staying longer than 3 days and eating at the hotel the menu is the same. Luckily they opened the bar so had more choice of food. Really enjoyed the spa which costs £30 extra. I had a great massage as well. I would highly recommend buy def need a car as can’t walk anywhere as high on a hill and no path. Loved the view and piece and the typical Tuscan houses that now have rooms to stay.

Would have liked more variety on the menu. More coffee machines as breakfast can get very busy Fans or better air con in the overall hotel. The rooms air con was fine

The location is amazing - very close to one of the best places in Tuscany - San Gimignano, including a view towards the town from the outside pool. It's also very quiet, green, and the view from the restaurant is great. Breakfast was tasty, fresh and varied, and restaurant was OK for dinner. We were there in spring, so couldn't enjoy much of the spa/pool offers, but they looked real tempting.

The room, and especially the bathroom, was basic and a mixture of styles and influences. It didn't look good, the flooring wasn't even. Not sure if all rooms look the same or we got an older room, but they do need an update and refurbishing to keep up with the outdoor beauty.

Loved the location. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful grounds and close enough to the town center for dinners, shops with local entertainment. Centrally located for other towns/regions we wanted to visit

The hotel is in a wonderful place, just in the middle to travel around. The outdoor is magnificent. The breakfast is very goos so is the pool and the staff are great! After that been said, indoor especially our room wasn't so nice nor comfortable. The bathroom needs a renovation, there isn't a mirror in the bedroom, and the room has a bad smell.

Gorgeous views of the Tuscan countryside and San Gimignano, also very close to the town. Good facilities and the pool area.

The restaurant dinner service was awfully slow with one waiter serving all the tables, so we had to wait 1.5 hours to get our mains which were over cooked. Apart from that, lunch was very nice.

Everything was amazing at my stay! It is a really beautiful place, with amazing staff and amenities. They were also very accommodating to my dog as well.

Only had a minor issue with the A/C but was solved right away, even though it was 3am. Also wished I received more information about the grounds, I arrived at nearly 9pm straight to dinner so missed on that because of the rush. So I only figured out the pool area before leaving. But that’s also on me!

Pleasant hotel.

Very functional, needs a little attention to atmosphere. Breakfast was fine, but drinks only supplied by a machine and there were so many people that one had to wait a long time - not pleasant when in a hotel. The restaurant meal could have been better - Tuscany is awash with lovely places to eat, so this was a disappointment.

lovely modern Italian hotel with excellent facilities in the heart of the wine regions of Tuscany ! staff were very helpful and accommodating! best night sleep I have had in a number of years! lovely pool and outside areas! excellent restaurant

The garden is wonderful, and the view of the room fantastic..

The size room was perfect, but would need a bit refresh... and a coffee machine would be appreciable.
