The location is near the airport and is probably good for this type of travelers. We chose this location as a starting point for the surroundings (Ligurian coast) and it's close to the highway which was a plus. The hotel has a garage (16 euros per day) but you can park in front of the hotel free of charge. The internet was excellent and the rooms were big enough. The breakfast was great.

The location is good for the airport and is close to the highway but it's far from the city center and you need to have a car for this. There is only one bus line in the relative distance but it's not recommended because the buses are really rare. The first night that we came to the hotel, we tried to go to Burger King (1,1km away) on foot but we realized that you cannot go anywhere on foot because there are no pedestrian sidewalks to pass the very busy streets. So, if you want to go to the city center, you need to have a car or call a taxi.

The proximity to the airport is great and the hotel operates a free shuttle bus to get you there. The room was clean and modern, perfect for our needs, which was a place to sleep for one night before flying home 👍

The location is great in terms of the airport, but not very good for anything else. Walking from the train station wasn't ideal, it's more of a place to drive to really. Although very close to the airport I don't think you could walk there, but of course there is a free shuttle bus.

The staff at the reception was not friendly and the information about the airport shuttle is a lie. They supposedly have a shuttle from 7 am and if you have an early flight you have to take a taxi and pay the same cost they would charge you from downtown to airport. The hotel is located 1 km from the airport, in the middle of nowhere so the only advantage to stay there was a promise of the shuttle that was not available. I was extremely annoyed by that and by the arrogance of the reception staff. You should explicitly state that the shuttle service is available during limited hours, ideally indicate the hours so that people can take right decisions

It is far away from the city center. There is a bus that will take you near the location but still you have to walk 650m and there is no sidewalk. There is nothing you can buy around not a shop. We had free water in the fridge but they don’t refill when they clean the room They say they have free airport transfer but they ask you first when you need to be at the airport. Some people said 6:30 and they said the transport starts at 7 am but i asked for 7:30 and they said it is starting at 8 😹. The taxi it is taking 16-17 euros even though it is just 1.2 km away from the airport. You can’t walk to the airport since there is no sidewalk at all

It’s not really accessible with walking from the airport although it is close by. The immediate neighbourhood isn’t very nice - although there are shops nearby, the pedestrian walkways are really terrible. I selected this hotel because of the distance from airport but since you need to take a taxi anyway for the airport (my flight was super early in the morning), I would choose to live near the city center next time.

Excellent and very helpful staff, professional and friendly, ready to help at any time especially during the rain one of the hotel hosts lended me a hotel umbrella that was sooo helpful, also very good breakfast, Thank you

I would have liked my room to be cleaned on Sunday including taking the empty water bottles away as well as changing towels without the reminders. I also would have liked ti have the bath robes that I never received

This is the perfect spot for quick access to the airport! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers a free airport shuttle, with just a 5-minute ride to the terminal.

Walking from the train station to the hotel at night turned out to be a bad idea. The area feels industrial and lacks designated pedestrian pathways. The restaurant food was disappointing, which is unusual in Italy, where most places serve fresh, delicious dishes.

The hotel was very clean, and they are pet-friendly . The amenities provided in the room were worth the price and the rooms have soundproofing. The beds are comfortable and there is a nice hot water kettle in the room with coffee and tea . The breakfast spread at the hotel is amazing and very close from nice food resturants .

There is not much to dislike about the hotel . It is a little further from the port of Genova and hence, if you have your own transportation, it will be better to stay at this hotel .

Eleanora was the receptionist lovely manner. Room was clean modern comfortable pillows were little hard. Eleanor recommended the best restaurant ..as we had not eaten there before we weren't sure where to go in Genova . Pizza il vicilo just 5 minutes away was absolutely amazing ..beautiful food and you would never know until you go in and turn left it was packed with happy faces eating delicous food...wow just wow. Leo served us what a little dote. High recommend the hotel and resultant!!! The chatty shuttle driver took us to the airport next morning early and we left our bags there at the hotel for free for four days. Great hotel dove shover gel and great shower!!
