Very nice newly renovated room, the hotel has a very nice outdoor pool on the second floor. A super friendly security guard works there. Maybe a small minus that the pool closes at 8 pm. At least to work longer. It is very good that the hotel is near the lighthouse, which you can see from the room. At least we had that view. Very friendly staff at the reception and a good breakfast.

The bad thing is that water constantly appears in the bathroom, water appears from the floor, the drain in the shower does not work well, we got very little shampoo in the bathroom. I praised the breakfast, but it's incredibly crowded every morning, so everyone is pushing and waiting for breakfast for a long time. The hotel would need one large dining hall.

The personal was very nice, 10 of 10, and the breakfast was good.

You need new towels. I didn't use them, luckily I had 2 of my own. All of them with spotes and extremely used. Because of this only reason, I would never come back. The second night spent it at another hotel. Very disappointing from this point of view.

Comfort of the beds. Unfortunately, they were quite uncomfortable, disappointment in an otherwise excellent hotel experience.

Towel were not so clean. Other than that everything is perfect.

We had the deluxe apartment and it was so modern, large and comfortable- wish we were staying more than one night! There was a kitchen/dining and living area which had an induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and sink - also included all kitchen amenities such as glassware, crockery, cutlery etc. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great night sleep! The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble - they arranged a taxi for us to the Aquarium so we didn’t miss our pre-booked slot!

The toilet was a wall hung one which was a bit too high

Close to the airport and relatively close to city center. Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. Close to entry Autostrada.

Not many Restaurants in the area. Parking garage is build for Fiat 500 sized cars. Facilities are not great. Some parts of the hotel could use an upgrade, like some parts/floors already did

Small restaurant space have to stay 10-15 min just to enter inside; the district is not central with a lot of traffic outside

The hotel is very nice, the parking was big and easy to use. Very comfy to take dinner at the hotel, since there are not many options in the area.

At breakfast, some of the vegetables were gone at 9 AM and not being replaced. The location is not very good, but all Genova looks bad these days, so not the hotel fault.

The room was ideal for four weary travellers! And the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel and I’ve been around for quite a few years!

It was a bit of a trek from the train station as we were all carrying backpacks from a two week holiday … however we did discover the metro and this halved the journey time!

The rooms were spacious and comfy. we had a baby with us and she could crawl around and enjoy the time we spent. The hotel was very family-friendly and there were many options for kids and babies - healthy options! The staff were very understanding. Our baby woke up sick so they allowed us to check out at around 13:00 instead of 11:00. Overall, we really enjoyed the place.
