First, I was late and held up the host quite a while (due to ferry issues beyond my control), but the host was still polite, he waited, and showed me everything in detail. He sent me details of Genoa attractions amd information as well. The room was very well decorated, comfy beds, large, nice view, well stocked breakdast, kettle and access to kitchen. Air con worked a treat. Easy to find from the station or the Metro station. An absolutely gorgeous shower with various jets and water fall systems.

The private bathroom, although great, was across a smal shared area (shared with only 1 other room).

we were disembarked from the cruise and decided to stay one more day in Genoa. The hotel owner allowed us to store the bags in the morning as our rooms were not ready yet (it was 10 in the morning). The location was excellent for us as we were travelling to Milano next morning and to get to the train station took us 5 minutes. The rooms were perfect and clean. There is tea and coffee available. The rooms were included the light breakfast.

Location couldn't be better.In the heart of town. 3 min walk to metro,train and bus station. Close to shops and restaurants. Room looks fabulous. Very romantic but modern in the same time. Beautiful. Was nice clean and warm. Host were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property and if we are again in Genova, we will stay there again.

Very close to the railway station yet a quiet street. Walking distance to the old town and the port. Comfy beds, great coffee, OK breakfast. Tony made sure we found our way there easily and gave us good tips on where to eat in Genoa. Good value for the money. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was a bit limited (but the coffee was indeed excellent).

Fabulous rococo style. Central, comfortable with a wonderful view. Railway station below, but not even a train whistle disturbed me. Owner used WhatsApp to advise of things to to - very helpful during my stay - hopefully a longer visit next time.

It is very well located 5 minutes walk (uphill but still worth it) from the train station. Close to the bus station. We only stayed 1 night on the way to Nice. We took the room available for 3 guest it's very comfortable, extremedly clean and well kept. Breakfast is also sufficient. The host is very professional and welcoming.

Spotlessly clean. Lovely unusual decor. Brilliant shower. Location. The small lobby between the rooms had a fantastic sideboard!

Only downside was steep steps from station and steep hill to property. Not a problem if you are young as we are 70 plus! Bathroom was not en-suite and was for personal use, but was not an issue.

Location was superb. Minutes from train station. Every morning had 2 excellent cappuccino’s for 1.2 Euros each at small coffee shop 20 meters from the station.

No elevator. But Domenico the owner brought up 1 suitcase when we arrived and also brought same one down when we left.

The location was very central and everything was pretty much within walking distance. The breakfast was fantastic and the owner is so lovely. I would highly recommend and would definitely come back here😊
