This place was extraordinary. It is even better than the photos. Pool side is so luscious. Breakfast had such great variety. The staff was amazing. We stayed 5 days, had the dinner and lunch sometimes, too. Everything was delicious. The pool side bar staff were exceptionally helpful and always had a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend this place, slice of heaven.

Breakfast is among the best I've seen in Italy! Nice rooms with spacious outdoor areas. Loved the pools and the relax areas. The water is salted (no chlorine) which is GREAT for allergics like me. The location is good if you have a car. Staff is mostly very friendly. We've enjoyed our three nights at the Tenuta a lot and recommend staying there!

Aircon was a bit loud

Superb breakfast. Staff all very helpful & lovely. The pool area was great and we especially loved the fact there was an adult-only pool too. The whole resort was beautifully clean. Great place to access Otranto & the coast.

Would have liked a more extensive menu at the hotel restaurant - we found the choices a bit limited.

A brilliant stay in a beautiful hotel. Pool area in particular is very relaxing and we spent most of our days enjoying this area. In general a beautiful hotel with brilliant facilities.

Lunch menu is poor value and overly complicated. Room was quite dark. Location is €30 round trip taxi from Otranto.

Calming beautiful oasis - beautiful gardens & pool - great breakfast & we also had a sensational dinner one night. The rooms are simple but comfortable, clean & quiet. It’s only 5min drive into Otranto town - so the best of both worlds with resort type accommodation & still so close to restaurants & old town

Location is excellent, situated in quiet countryside with an excellent well -maintained garden which has to be it's crowning glory. It also has a large car park. It is about five minutes drive from Otranto which is a lovely coastal area with history, beach and good fish restaurants. Staff are eager to please and whilst the rooms are fairly simple those on the first room had large balconies overlooking the garden. Two pools both well maintained with ample space to sit in a variety of comfortable areas allowing privacy and comfort. Added bonus -no loud music to spoil the tranquillity!

Considering the large area this hotel covers, the reception office was small and rather bland as a first impression. Often busy, people chose to wait outside this is after all the first impression so it would seem sensible to develop this further. In addition the doors to each room seemed old, unattractive and the wind whistled through! In general the hotel bedroom seemed to need a little upgrading but all can be forgiven by the wonderful setting this hotel has and it's delightful garden.

It was so peaceful. No noise. No piped muzak or shouting round the pool. And the gardens in which the hotel is set are absolutely lovely. There are so many different seating places and options from the sunbeds to hammocks and great big beds for couples to lie on. It’s just a lovely feeling and so relaxing. You can lose yourself there. The staff are absolutely charming and go out of their way to be helpful as well. In reading my rating, bear in mind that this is a 4 star hotel and is not a luxury resort. So rooms are simple but very clean and with all facilities. But it is super.

I wasn’t mad about the mattress which I think was a memory foam, at least that’s what it seemed to be to me. I’ve never actually slept on one before but it did seem to give around my body

We had a fantastic stay very relaxing time of year not too many people around the pool area. Service was brilliant they were very obliging. All you have to do is ask :) lovely breakfast you can get eggs, omelettes bacon etc

the hotel is very clean and well located close to the busy small town of Otranto . The staff is fantastic , the food is very good and the rooms are spacious with excellent beds . The outside area is also very nice with a large pool and pool side service .

The only small thing I could 'fault' was the small vault in our room that can not hold a laptop .

Very friendly staff Great locations amongst the olive groves but still close to Otranto and beaches Charging for our plugin vehicle, which is rare in Italy Great pool area for when kids were tired of the beach We stayed in the suite, which was almost like it's own little house with a private pool and garden. Very private and very practical with kids. Will happily stay here again.
