Quite far from city center but it was not surprise (20 minutes driving to the nearest coop shopping mall parking with accessibility to tram to city center for another 25 minutes ) The road is very dark in the evening No elevator to the rooms in first floor while the stairs are extremely high (as it is old building with very high ceiling ) The mattress of 2 single beds were really uncomfortable

A fantastic property, high standard of cleanliness, good service. Beautiful views, splendid decor. The grounds are well maintained and show a great pride. The value for the money was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast, although quite good, could have healthier choices and better coffee. We dined on the property on our first night and enjoyed the experience. On subsequent nights, however, we opted to dine elsewhere in the area, where the food was better, the service swifter and the price more forgiving.

The location is beautiful and peaceful with a lovely courtyard to sit and eat dinner. The best carbonara I had while travelling round Italy for two weeks, good house wine, and the kids loved the pool. There were also two large rooms at one end of the hotel set up just for children with mountains of toys which was amazing, and it was very tidy each morning. Very close to Florence for day trips by car, and an easy day trip by car to Pisa too. The staff were also very friendly.

Loved the quirky style. Great views. The pool area was well maintained. The grounds were spectacular. Breakfast was a good range of continental plus bacon and scrambled eggs.

Not easy to get luggage from the car to the room. The rooms are quite echoey if other guests are noisy. Dinner was pleasant but not the same cool vibe.

This place is so unique, the staff are so hospitable and go to great lengths to look after their guests. Domenico and Ceasar were especially amazing and made my stay memorable, sincere thanks to you both. I can highly recommend this place if you are looking for something a little different and away from the hustle and bustle of Firenze.

The idyllic setting was the perfect respite midway thru our journey. The views were gorgeous, the hotel was quiet, welcoming and the meals were fantastic. Caesar , who greeted us on arrival and was always on hand to call a taxi or answer questions made this visit most memorable. He is a gem and we look forward to our next visit .

Narrow roads on the drive in took a bit to drive confidently. 🥹

The location is lovely, featuring beautiful grounds and a terrace equipped with patio tables and attractive plants. While we couldn’t enjoy the pool during our mid-October visit, the spacious parking area was a great convenience. There's also a restaurant on-site for those who prefer to dine in. The breakfast offered was plentiful and satisfying. Highly recommended!

Each room is "special" design, our was la Maison very nice, colorful, comfortable, the bathroom is even more colorful just like the pictures. Great location very spaceful everything...the place outside to eat was magnifying c at night but we did not tried it just past throuh...very nice views. Great parking lot. The pool we did not tried it.

big parking, unique design rooms, great breakfast and beautiful views. of course, not luxury apartment, but very great for its value. for breakfast there were tuna sandwiches, yogurts, juices and a lot of croissants, biscuits and cakes. in room there was two cups and a couple of tea bags and a kettle.

room were a bit cold. two cups for four guests. we were also missing a bin in room, the one in toilet was too small for everything.

Location, view and surroundings are exceptional. Staff very lovely. We arrived late but they extended the pool time so we could have a little longer in there.

Air con was a bit noisy, but when turned down was acceptable. Bathroom shower door leaked badly, so could do with some new seals. All of this did detract from the sheer beauty of this hotel.
