Villa Nadi will be a memorable place for our family. The property was in walking distance to city centre, approx 10-15 min walk. Staff were wonderful, friendly and made our family feel comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. We had a double and triple room, they were so comfortable and warm and very spacious. Loved staying there and being greeted by the 3 beautiful poodles , Hugo, Rose and Ed. Every morning was also a highlight to our stay.

The accommodations were amazing. Through back to a couple hundred years ago. The rooms were large even by USA standards. Beautiful grounds and building. Breakfast was outstanding! It was so nice to wake up to home cooked food, amazing coffee, fresh juice, local jams, meat, cheeses, eggs, pastries, the works. Court yard outside was neat. Use Uber in Florence. The taxi will take advantage and triple or quadruple their fair for out of town visitors. Has nothing to do with the B & B. The B&B was a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

If there is a downside. It is 1/2 mile away from town and up a good size hill when walking.

A beautiful property in an ideal location to explore Florence . A 20 minute walk and you are in the city itself . Set in its own grounds , with secure off street parking . Beautiful garden and seating area outside . The Villa itself has been restored to a fantastic standard - authentic to its era but with all the modern facilities that you need . The room we had was comfortable and spotlessly clean . Attention to detail , from the dog bed provided for our pup , to the beautifully presented toiletries in the bathroom . The decor was fitting to the Villa , but also had a mini bar and excellent air conditioning, which we welcomed . The staff were very welcoming and had lots of information about exploring the area , maps , restaurants etc Breakfast was provided in the breakfast room . Lots of choice , including items pre ordered the night before that were then cooked fresh when you sat down to eat . One of the best things for dog lovers like ourselves were the three resident dogs . They greeted us and our dog on arrival, and our dog was able to play with them outside in the secure garden off lead . This property is truly dog friendly . This is a family owned place and it shows off the history on the walls. The owner of the villa has paintings all over the walls. We can say that it is niche place shines like a diamond. It was a perfecto experience to stay in Villa Nardi. Staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was great, room was tremendous. Free parking is also a huge advantage in villas garden.

For people who are looking for a place inside city center this may not be the perfect choice. You need walk 25 mins and coming back takes around 30 mins bc it is in the uphill. We like to walk but again it is a choice.

We really liked the large room and the quiet location with the beautiful garden. We will always remember breakfast on the terrace with beautiful music. Ingrid gave us a very warm welcome and helpful tips and good restaurant recommendations. Thank you very much!

Although we appreciated the quiet and beautiful location, it is quite a long (and tiring) walk to the center of Florence. And unfortunately we sweated quite a lot in our room because the air conditioning did not work effectively (we complained about this on the first evening, but the problem could not be solved until our departure).

1. Location on a street with similar villas and there is no big noisy road nearby. 2. Not a small room. 3. Comfortable bed. 4. Parking

1. The room smelled very strongly of chlorine. 2. I asked to order a restaurant for a certain time, but in the end I had to ask again several times and then order it myself. 3. It should be noted that the rooms do not have professional hotel doors, but regular home interior doors, so you will know when the neighbors come home. 4. On almost all the doors on the floor there are red PRIVADO signs.

We chose Villa Nardi for our third my trip to Florence. The hotel is a beautiful historic building with its own private art collection and is located only a short walk from the city center. The rooms were spacious and regularly cleaned. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring that everything was perfect. The food selection was delicious and the hotel had a great well-kept garden, as well as a private parking lot. Everything made for a peaceful and relaxing environment. The surrounding area felt safe and secure. Overall, I would highly recommend Villa Nardi for anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil experience in Florence. It's conveniently located and offers exceptional service and amenities that will make your stay memorable.

The location is superb - outside the main tourist zones but close enough to walk into the centre. The building is magnificent and love the music playing inside and outside and the dogs keeping everyone company at breakfast! Breakfast was so delicious and a brilliant selection. We loved sitting in the garden in the afternoons having a spritz! Our room was stylish and the staff are great - especially the male receptionist who had impeccable service.
