We spent 4 nights at this property and i can say it was ok. Elena our host was very kind and helpful, she was always there to help and answer your questions. The bad was comfy, the room was clean. The breakfast was different than we usual have at home, to sweet for us, but is was ok. I really have to mention about a very friendly pizzeria near the property with excellent food, very nice staff and visited only by locals. Ask about it from Elena, don t miss it!

The property is too far from the city center and it was only one bus which very rarely ran. Once we had to wait for it almost an hour at 37C degrees.

Elena is a wonderful hostess! She is so accommodating and helpful; She spent the time to show me a map around town, explain the best transportation, and even help me with the specific locations I needed to get to in order to meet up with my family. Elena also speaks English which was a bonus for me since I don’t speak much Italian. The property is lovely, and the apartment is extremely clean and comfortable. Charlie cleaned my room spotlessly every day and was very respectful of my space when I started my ventures a little later in the morning. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be “off the beaten path” and have a truly peaceful stay. The nights are basically silent (which I personally loved), and breakfast was delicious with fresh coffee, an assortment of pastries, yogurt, cereals, and even scrambled eggs if you’d like! There isn’t too much right in the neighborhood, but it’s only about a 20 min enjoyable walk into the city. The main road leads directly to Piti Palace and Boboli Gardens, then right to the Ponte Vecchio. I definitely recommend staying with Elena, and if (when🙏🏻) I go back, I will stay with her again for sure! Thank you, Elena, for everything!🩷

I'll start with the breakfast, which was great: the pastry was always warm when we got to the table; we had different cookies every day, the fruits were fresh and tasty, not to mention a variety of local sweets, or also eggs on demand. The location is in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood, with nice view over hill sides with Tuscan villas on one side and a beautiful garden on the other. The bus 11 station is nearby, which goes to the city center, but most of the times we preferred to walk. Elena was a great host, thanks again for hosting us, we enjoyed staying here.

Room was very spacious and clean with a great air conditioner. Elena the host was very welcoming and helpful, providing us with a map, restaurant recommendations, and transport options. The B&B is on a quite street which was great for overnight parking. Breakfast was also delicious with various options to choose from. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend others to stay here!

Is about a 30 minute walk to the city center however, there is a bus stop close by that takes you directly into the center.

We love that this BnB is outside the city trouble. It's very close by bus (about 10min) with frequent busses going. The bed and the cushions are very comfortable (firm but not hard mattress), the bed is easily big enough for two. The room is perfect sized for two people roaming around. The breakfast is delicious. There is always a little sweet treat, a fresh savory snack, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread, tea, coffee. Fresh scrambled eggs on order if you like. Everything you wish for to start the day. Elena is very kind and stays a little while to chat during breakfast so you can ask all your questions. And she is always reachable on WhatsApp /phone and replies quickly. There is a huge beautiful garden to your use. You just need to be mosquito proof. xD I could go on :-) we would have loved to stay there a couple more weeks. Sadly the holiday is over.

Everything was exactly as we liked it.

Title: Exquisite Hospitality and Tranquil Comfort at Fiorenza B&B Rating: ★★★★★ My husband and I recently stayed at Fiorenza B&B in Florence, and we were blown away by the incredible hospitality of Elena, our host. She prepared delicious breakfasts featuring Italian meats, cheeses, croissants, coffee, and various juices. Elena also provided valuable recommendations for sightseeing and arranged taxis for us. On one occasion, she even packed us to-go bags for an early morning tour. The Airbnb itself was charming, with a lovely garden and cozy sitting area. Elena recommended a nearby place to eat called Guafa, and it we just loved it. Very causal, inexpensive and delish. We were the only 2 tourists in the place. We recommend you go there too. We can't speak highly enough of Elena's hospitality and the overall comfort of our stay. Highly recommend.

We loved everything about this property. We had a fabulous, cool, relaxing room in the guest wing of Elena and her family’s beautiful home. Elena was so helpful in providing us with information on the city and even bus tickets as we were there on a Sunday. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, was well presented and plentiful. The location was perfect for us as we needed to be able to park our car for our 3 night stay. We used the local bus to make the short (10 minute) journey into the city.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

A beautiful home made a great B&B and Elena was welcoming, attentive and informative making her a great host. Elena gave good recommendations on where to eat, advised on how to use and get public transport into Florence, provided us with a packed breakfast when we had to leave early before breakfast for our Tuscan tour and arranged taxis for us when required. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

No tea & coffee making facilities in our room

We liked the excellent breakfast and the friendly family who run this place. The room was also everything we needed: it was quiet as there are no big roads close-by and the place itself is at an end of a cul-de-sac. An added bonus was the possibility to do laundry which was necessary after long travels.

The sheets and towels felt a little old and worn, but nothing too bad. Also, in our room the mosquito/insect fence in the window was broken and there were some insects coming in due to the backyard garden.

This is a cute place in the residential section of florence and the hostess is super nice.

Transportation to the city is tricky. It's walkable but it's dark and cold now so that didn't seem like a good option. We didn't take the bus option but found parking at the piazzali Michelangelo which was a beautiful 25 minute walk into Florence.
