Very nicely situated not far away from the train station, with close access to many restaurants and bus stops. In addition, the staff were very helpful and lovely, and always accommodated and answered my requests and questions respectfully. I would stay here again the next time I come to Italy.

Bathroom was very small, very claustrophobic. Toilet was not secure and moves when you sit on it. Toilet was also like a inch or two max away from the shower and wash basin, not much room. However, for the value it is good.

No wifi in bedroom. I didn’t mind though as I was only staying one night. The staff were so friendly that I’m sure they would of helped had I asked.

very very friendly staff. All of them. And the receptionist really took time to answer my questions about visiting 5 terre. Breakfast buffet was much bigger than I would expect from a 2star hotel. easy to find and only 10min walk from train station and a few min to center of La Spezia

view from balcony was to another house quite close and so it was always quite dark in the room. But that was ok for me as I was doing things the whole day anyway.

The bathroom is very small, but I guess there’s nothing much could be done due to the original design. Also there’s no lift, again due to original design. However, the staff members were more than willing to help us with the luggage.

Location between center, road to Portovenere and railway station. After a few hours, it was very easy to access. The staff is very very friendly.

The single room is a bit too little. The stairs seems a bit unsafe because rug kept moving while climbing up.

the walls are very tiny so you cant speak with normal/loud voice in the late evening overwise neighbours hear you, and also bc walls were tiny my dog heard every move on the floor and couldn't be calm(

The hotel is close to the center, but still relatively quiet. My "single" room had a double bed, plus a small fridge, a/c, and plenty of towels in the bathroom. There were lots of options for breakfast and the staff was helpful and multilingual.

While there is a place to hang clothes, there were no shelves/drawers for folded items. It's not a huge issue, but if I'm staying for several days, I like to unpack properly.

Room was comfortable and great size for one person. The staff and breakfast far exceeded my expectations! They were very friendly, kind, and helpful. Breakfast was very good and had lots of options!

The bathrooms were quite small. I had to leave the door open whenever in the bathroom since there wasn't enough room. The shower also had leaks, which led to water going all over the bathroom floor. Overall, this was a minor inconvenience.

Domenico and Sara were great: they took very good care of our stay and made sure everything was comfortable. A plus: they have lactose free options for breakfast, which is not that common :) The room is small but very clean - location was perfect: in the middle between the city center/station and the harbor. 5 terre is just around the corner, as well as Porto venere and Lerici (the bus stop is basically in front of the hotel door)z

The pictures on booking showed a different bathroom - the bathroom is very very small and has a curtain (a glass door shower was pictured on booking).

- very nice and accommodating at the reception - great breakfast- it is made there - a cute room and well made use of space for a single person + a small terrace - the location is within a walking distance from the busy centre streets and close to train station - I will stay in again if passing by La Spezia

Apparently there was an occupier of a room near me who travelled with a dog. It barked on a few occasions at night and took me out of my deep sleep! Maybe it is good to reserve rooms for such travellers at a distance from those who travel without pets
