This apartment right in the centre of La Spezia is an absolute gem. Newly refurbished, it feels classy with subtle and tasteful decor. It was very comfortable for the three of us. The bathroom has a big shower area and plenty of space around the basin. The owners provide plenty of shower and hair gel. Staying in this apartment was a delight, especially as you step out into the main street with plenty of restaurants and shops.

Stayed here for the Monaco Grand Prix weekend, rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Hotel was across the road from the train station, which worked out great for catching the train to Monaco. Also a 15min walk to Old Town Nice, which is definitely worth a visit. We ate at 'la taverne massena' for dinner one of the nights, the young man who served us there was excellent and food was good.

Good location in La Spezia, close to the train station for visiting CinqueTerre. Room was clean. Bathroom was good. Price was right.

The master bed was saggy and sheets didn’t fit correctly. No fan or way to circulate air in the little kids bedroom.

The place was clean and the beds were clean comfy. It took us around 5-10 mins walk from the train station. There are heaps of eateries around the place. Definitely will book again

- N/A - things happen - we reported one of their electric socket was popping out when we arrived which we didn’t use. it was ok coz we used another one that was working and they said they would get it fixed.

The location was great! Very close to the restaurants and shopping as well as walking distance to the waterfront and train station. The place was clean and there was a lot of room for two people to share.

We had a bit of trouble with checking in, but the owner and other staff were very helpful and tried to help as soon as possible. We had to carry all our luggage up two flights of stairs but this was due to the mix up with check in. Otherwise it was a great stay, and did not cause any issues afterwards.

Location is great, about 5 minutes away from La Spegia Centrale train station. Very easy to hop on the train to visit Cinque Terre. The owner replies very quickly to messages. Very clean, perfect for a short stay.

You need a key to use the elevator, which the owner didn’t tell us, we had to carry 4 heavy luggages to the 2nd floor to then noticed the key to the elevator was included in the set (set was waiting for us at the apartment). Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 nights for 3 adults and 1 teen. Can get pretty tight, I wouldn’t recommend for a longer stay.

Property was clean, in a very convenient location to all the shops and restaurants. A short walk to the train station. Wish we could have stayed longer

I honestly cannot say anything negative about this property. It was everything we expected and needed.

The rooms were spacious and had good amenities. There was a balcony in one of the rooms but they had large windows which opened. The aircon was a bonus as it was very hot during our stay. Perfect location for restaurants, trains and the port.

Do not sleep with the window open as many insects will join on your stay.

The location was perfect and Francesca was quite helpful and quick to answer our questions.

The children's room was pretty warm and could have benefit from a second AC unit. Parking nearby was almost impossible.

Modern, attractive apartment. Helpful hosts with clear directions for getting into apartment. Super comfy beds. Lift available to get heavy suitcases up to second floor. Cute balcony overlooking the neighbourhood. Great location close to restaurants and station. Perfect as a base from which to explore Cinque Terre (once you find a car park!)

Very challenging area to find parking for a car. Would benefit from some basic cutlery and crockery.
