Very good location, close to Train Main station for Cinque Terre (5 min walking). Room extreamly clean, everyting new, booking pictures corespond 100%. Host oferred 2 x 1,5 l bottles of water and coffee on daily basis. Good instructions for checkin (thgrough watsapp chat) and sugestions for La Specia restaurants and from some Cinque Terre locations. Room has no kitchenette, only a small refriferator and a coffee machine, but many teraces are aroubd and you can serve breakfast or dinner anywhere. Parking opening hours blocks you to use garages if you need to take the car late in the evening or early in the morning - take care, was difficult to find payed (18eur) but available slots on streets, due to august concouse.

The bathroom had a small smell in the first day, but disapeared after bath usage in the 2nd day. The room had no view, in an interior court where you see next building in re-construction. Mosquitoes and no protection net at the balcony door. No other room window available to open.

I was really impressed with the accommodation. It was situated in a traditional Italian apartment block on a quiet street, incredibly handy for the train station and a 7/10 minute walk into the main town center where you find all the restaurants and shops. The room itself was a great size and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was also beautiful and spacious. Great powerful rain shower. The room had everything I needed, a security safe, fridge, coffee machine etc. It also had a lovely balcony with table and chairs. It was all perfect! As a solo traveler I felt very safe there.

To be honest, there was really nothing to fault! The only comment I would have is that the walls were a little thin so I could hear the other guests a little bit but nothing that caused me any real annoyance or discomfort.

The Room was very spacious and bright. The Air Con worked brilliantly. The room and the hall was very clean, can not fault it. Complimentary tea and coffee supplies were stocked up every day as were the bathroom essentials. Nice clean fluffy towels were supplied every day. Excellent location very near to the train station. I would definitely recommend this property and definitely stay here again. The hostess was really helpful, friendly and very welcoming. Always available for any advise on whatsapp and her responses were very quick.

There is absolutely nothing that i didn't like. Everything was spectacular.

Keta, the host was exceptional. We booked this property at the super last minute, like 30minutes before checking in at around 9.30pm but everything was so seamless and effortless. The room was decently sized, the shower was fabulous and super clean! Keta provided us with all necessary information via WhatsApp about things to do and where to go. She also constantly checked up on us which we appreciated! She is a super host. The location was awesome, 5 minute walk to the train station and down to the square with all the restaurants, I would definitely stay here again!

Keta is the best! She is always accessible through Watsap!❤️Staff is so friendly and helpful. Proximity to 5Terre and Portovenere was excellent. Cleanliness, not to mention the quality of the mattress which leads to quality of my sleep were above my expectations. Also proximity of the hotel to stazione and the port was excellent, both walking distance. Definitely will go there again! Highly recommended ❤️

Make sure you specify that you want a room with a balcony. It's not automatic.

Amazing room, one of the comfiest beds we have slept in. Very high quality room and furnishings.

The location isn’t great, the flat block you have to go through to get to the apartments block is very dated and run down. We actually thought we were in the wrong place but the actual apartments themselves are stunning once you get through the main building and into the apartments hallway. The quality definitely makes it worth it, but it almost feels misplaced.

The rooms were clean and well organised. This place is based on self check in, meaning no one is waiting to welcome you and make sure that everything is in order. Though Keta the host was very nice through the phone.

There is only one key to each room, so one person can't leave with a key, while the other person stays at the room, since the key is also necessary to make all the electricity in the room work. The bathroom had a bad smell and the air conditioner paused for a very long time which made the room very hot. There is no free or cheap parking that belongs to this property.

The hotel room is very nice and clean and super comfortable. We were a family of four and had a room with a large bed and a sofa bed. Covers were enough and super clean and towels were clean and available.

The host equipped the room with coffee machine and a boiler l, drinks and toast and jam for a quick breakfast with morning coffee. Also the rooms were cleaned every morning.

the welcome very pleasant, the room is very beautiful, a fully equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rack. one of the best aspects remains the very comfortable bed, it is large and very very appreciable comfort after a long day of traveling and walking, the parking is 100m away so perfect, one of the best rentals I have had, and thanks again to keta for his welcome and his kindness.

Great little room with everything you need for a short break in La Spezia. Room was immaculately cleaned very day, tea / coffe making facilities, bottles of water and a host that is keen to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Very little. One night of a noisy neighbour who decided to whistle loudly from 2am, who clearly didn’t consider people may be asleep nearby, but this is not the hosts fault.
