This was a truly fabulous little BnB - with just 3 rooms - in an old monastery and it retains the original character and stonework . Alessio is a wonderful host - who goes out of his way to make sure he has happy guests . The beds are super comfortable , there are fresh towels and a door which leads into a pretty little garden . There are modern private en-suites and everything needed to make your stay as perfect as possible . He lays on a super breakfast with coffee, tea and fresh cake and pastries and there is lots of information re making your stay in Lecce easy . In terms of location , you can’t beat it. You are surrounded by shops , restaurants , cafes and gelateras and you can walk everywhere . It is also a very close walk to the bus station if you are transporting back to the airport . I loved it and found it wonderfully relaxing . I would rate it as a 3 star . It is traditional Italian , not flash modern but that is what I want nowadays ! I was only at the B&B for one night, but it was a lovely, large room with access to a terrace. The owner was super helpful. It was all coordinated through booking.com and whatsapp but everything went very smoothly. I particularly appreciated that the owner arranged a transfer for me to Brindisi airport; he even called the taxi driver while I was in the taxi to make sure the pick-up had gone as planned.

The room was lovely! We had twin beds that were perfect for us! The bathroom was large and very nice with a window that opened. Off the bedroom we had a patio with seating and an area for clothes drying. Breakfast was always very good.

Unfortunately, the city is doing road work right in front of the B&B but there was a small path to walk on. Hopefully it will be completed soon!

The communication with Alessio was excellent. He was a very responsive and helpful host, and let me check my bags in early and leave them for a bit after the checkout as well. The breakfast was great, and the place, spotless. In addition apartment's location is incredible, 3 mins from Porta Napoli.

Located in the centre of the historical district of Lecce. Authentic beautiful architecture. Separated kitchen & utilities worked well. Breakfast & refreshments available. Cakes were delicious.

The self service breakfast was left out overnight & out of fridge, which meant some fruits were over & water was warm.

Great location close to the Porta Napoli arch - you are surrounded by beautiful historic buildings and very close to popular bars and restaurants as well as sites of Lecce. Alessio is really helpful giving directions of where to eat or answering other questions. The breakfast is really tasty with lots of options of cakes, fruit, cereals etc and a good coffee machine - essential to start the day right! The rooms are simple and small but have everything you need including a small desk (I was able to work in the room for a day) and a small shared patio to take your coffee outside.

Very good location. Located inside the old city close to one of the entrance gates. We arrived relatively early and the room was already ready. There is a parking lot close to the entrance gate and also the university parking lot which is open and free on the weekends. A host gave explanations about places of interest in the old city and also recommended restaurants. Clean and tidy place. Basic and sufficient breakfast.

I loved the accomodation, It was in the center of the old town of Lecce. Every hotspot was nearby. The host was really helpful, I arrived late in the evening and he was still available to help me with the parking spot.

When I arrived there were construction works and the soundproofing in the B&B isn't perfect. Luckily I had earplugs, so that I didn't hear anything.

Location is near Napoli Gate & private parking

Shower door leaks Bed was saggy. Bathroom is small & tight Chair, as additional seating, was broken. Legs are wobbly. Self service breakfast was not great. We did not eat it.

The property was beautiful but more so Alessio was the most helpful and kindful host nothing was a problem for him, and when I missed my night train he even tried to find a different hotel for me to stay as his was full. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Very pleased. Also the green cake at the breakfast is amazing 😂
