The room was lovely! We had twin beds that were perfect for us! The bathroom was large and very nice with a window that opened. Off the bedroom we had a patio with seating and an area for clothes drying. Breakfast was always very good.

Unfortunately, the city is doing road work right in front of the B&B but there was a small path to walk on. Hopefully it will be completed soon!

Great location close to the Porta Napoli arch - you are surrounded by beautiful historic buildings and very close to popular bars and restaurants as well as sites of Lecce. Alessio is really helpful giving directions of where to eat or answering other questions. The breakfast is really tasty with lots of options of cakes, fruit, cereals etc and a good coffee machine - essential to start the day right! The rooms are simple and small but have everything you need including a small desk (I was able to work in the room for a day) and a small shared patio to take your coffee outside.

Located in the centre of the historical district of Lecce. Authentic beautiful architecture. Separated kitchen & utilities worked well. Breakfast & refreshments available. Cakes were delicious.

The self service breakfast was left out overnight & out of fridge, which meant some fruits were over & water was warm.

Very good location. Located inside the old city close to one of the entrance gates. We arrived relatively early and the room was already ready. There is a parking lot close to the entrance gate and also the university parking lot which is open and free on the weekends. A host gave explanations about places of interest in the old city and also recommended restaurants. Clean and tidy place. Basic and sufficient breakfast.

I loved the accomodation, It was in the center of the old town of Lecce. Every hotspot was nearby. The host was really helpful, I arrived late in the evening and he was still available to help me with the parking spot.

When I arrived there were construction works and the soundproofing in the B&B isn't perfect. Luckily I had earplugs, so that I didn't hear anything.

The property was beautiful but more so Alessio was the most helpful and kindful host nothing was a problem for him, and when I missed my night train he even tried to find a different hotel for me to stay as his was full. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Very pleased. Also the green cake at the breakfast is amazing 😂

Located in a lovely building within the walls of the old city of Lecce. Very quiet at the time (March) we stayed. Very helpful host who took the initiative to provide additional heating when there was a problem with the central heating system in the building; he was genuinely a Superhost. The location of the property is just within the vehicular limited access zone of Lecce but parking outside the city limit was easy to find close by at only €6 per day.

Breakfast was limited in a local cafe; just a coffee and a croissant.

Clean, spacious, beautifully arranged room. Comfortable bed. Nice and responsive staff (allowed us to check out later). Great location - calm and quiet, but only couple of minutes to bars and restaurants. Breakfast: we got tickets to a bar around the corner, which was perfect, because we could choose what we wanted and eat when we wanted.

Poor soundproofing so other guests and a cleaning person woke us up in the morning. Wired insects. Bring extension cords because power outlets are really limited in the apartment.

Enthusiastic helpful host. Great check in directions and communication. Wonderful choices for breakfast. Pleasant outdoor area for sitting. Excellent access to interesting places.

Quiet location even though very central. Clean and comfortable.

The online check in only works well IF you have free roaming on your phone. The outside space has no privacy. Like many places, there is no convenient phone charging point close to the bed.
