We had a wonderful stay in this B&B, especially thanks to the hospitality of Manuela, who took excellent care of us, and gave us a lot of information about the old center of Lecce, and recommendations about places to eat or see. You certainly feel at home here, and we even communicated through whatsapp with Manuela further into our holidays when we were actually in other places in Puglia. Using the main entrance through the big steel door of the patio is easy and allows for getting your luggage into the room. The wooden door back entrance gets you straight into the old center with its myriad of zigzagging alleyways where you can easily get lost without a map, but it is close to the Duomo and the other interesting center streets. The breakfast on the patio was very nice and allowed us to make some contact with other guests also staying in the same B&B.

Parking is only available by either paying through meters in the streets, or booking a parking spot in Ex Gil, a large parking next to the university, which costs €10 per day. Unfortunately the hot tub was not available for use, which was a disappointment for us as this was one of the main reasons we booked this place.

Manuela and Elisa were wonderful hostesses making us very welcome. The location was perfect, on the edge of the Old City. In fact the B&B has a front door into the Old City and a back door to the new city. Room was comfortable with an outdoor patio. The room and bathroom were clean and had all requirements. The breakfast was served outdoors and a variety of food was available. Parking is available 100m from the B&B at a reasonable 24hr rate.

I liked that the place was exactly like the pictures showed, clean organized and close to the historical center. The room, the accessibility and the staff were great! I spend great 5 days and 4 nights in this place =)

I think the breakfast option could be a little more varied day to day and the bathroom was a bit too small in my opinion (in special the shower part - I could barely fit in there...)

Manuela and her co -worker ( I’m sorry I forgot her name) were so friendly and helpful. She sent me a message the second day of our stay to make sure we were okay and if we had any questions with what to see or do. The breakfast was wonderful. The parking lot at Via Adua 46 was not even a four minute walk to the property.

Nothing

We stayed four night and found the accommodations excellent. The room was spacious, the bathroom a good size and the bed very comfortable. The room and facility was exceptionally clean and the staff was very helpful, friendly and guided us to excellent restaurants. The back entrance to the B and B opens up to the walled city which gave easy access to all the main attractions. Secure parking is down the block at 5 euros a day. We would definatly recommend this accommodations.

Everything exceeded our expectations.

Fantastic stay at Le Stanze Del Duomo. Big room, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed. Rooms cleaned daily and treats available in foyer for guests at all times. Breakfast absolutely delicious. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast was served outside in the little yard every morning by the 2 hosts who were very friendly. My room had a nice bathroom and also a small private outside area with garden furniture. The location was great and only a few minutes from the old part of Lecce.

Great rooms, excellent location, very hospitable staff, great breakfast. Id definitely recommend staying here in Lecce! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location gave you direct access to the historical centre. It was all round great!

Excellent location, right near all the tourist attractions and night life. Really friendly helpful staff and very clean room.

The shower was hot and powerful but the cubicle was quite small just an FYI if you are quite big.

Great location with a door leading to the old city. Very nice owners, and great breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable.

A bit of noise in the room during the breakfast time. Need to pay parking near by, or park a bit far for free.
