Sara was the perfect hostess, responding quickly to texts, preemptively supplying us with tourist information, offering to book restaurants for us and in constant communication with us. Our room was spotlessly clean and serviced daily. Quite liked the hidden safe in the room. The breakfast was exceptionally generous with a good selection to choose from. Parking is available in the street but we were there for six nights and each day we had at least three or four spots to choose from. The property is a nice 15-minute stroll to the old city but is well-placed for a quick exit from the city when touring.

The accommodation was of an exceptional high standard in a beautiful house . It was immaculate, clean and spacious. There is a small tranquil courtyard at the rear, giving shade to enjoy a quiet hour., complimented by beautiful flowers and plants. The owners Sarah and Frederico were very welcoming and helpful in every way. Federico is a chef and produced an evening meal equal to top restaurants using all fresh local products. Sarah went beyond to help when we needed assistance with a problem with broken phone. We would highly recommend a stay here. There is street parking outside the property.

Sara & Federico are the perfect hosts in every way. They are very professional, courteous and easy to get along with. Sara is a vey good communicator, speaks several languages and looked after us extremely well. Federico is a professional chef who offers an in-house dining experience which was sensational. They are humble lovely hosts. The accommodation is beautiful, spotlessly clean and very quiet but within walking distance of the laneways in the old part of the city with its lovely atmosphere, multitude of eateries and individual retail shops. We were sad to leave Sara and Federico and loved Lecce so would return in a heartbeat.

Tastefully decorated property in a very convenient location with free parking outside. The room was a great size with a separate sofa bed and plenty of storage. Both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Friendly and professional hosts who provided a map of the area and lots of suggestions for restaurants and places to visit and even provided an umbrella! We took advantage of the evening meal cooked by Federico the chef. It was exceptional and the best food we ate during our travels. Breakfast also was amazing so much choice and much of it home made.

It isn’t usual for Italy but we would have appreciated a kettle in the room.

Sara was a brilliant hostess answering any requests we had promptly. She suggested and booked restaurants for our evening meals all of which met our requirements perfectly. The plentiful Breakfast was delicious - yogurt, fruit and pastries for me, cereal, eggs and pastries for my husband with bread, cheese and ham also provided. Parking outside the guesthouse was free and we always found a space. It was a 15 minute level walk to the old town. The room was spacious, traditional but comfortable, with a pleasant patio that caught the evening sun.

Everything was great. Sara was the best, so caring and attentive, she always gave advice and helped with everything needed. Such a lovely person. The breakfast was good and better than we expected. In terms of food, a special request was fulfilled every time. On my birthday, there was a surprise at breakfast, very sweet. The room was comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen was small, simple and had everything you need. The terrace was lovely. It was easy to park for free on the same street and there was a spot every day. The city center was close, 20-30 minutes of slow walking. I recommend this place to everyone in Lecce and would come back myself.

Our recent stay in Lecce was nothing short of exceptional. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by Sara, a very friendly host, Throughout our stay, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Each morning, we received thoughtful updates about the best beaches to visit, depending on weather conditions. This touch helped us make the most of our time by the sea. Additionally, the host provided us with a comprehensive list of restaurant recommendations and local attractions, making it easy to find great places to eat and explore. Parking was a breeze, with free parking available in front of the house. This made it simple to come and go without any hassle. The apartment itself was beautiful and comfortable. It had all the necessary amenities, from a well-equipped kitchen to a cozy bed. Overall, our stay was truly delightful, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway and easy getting around Puglia.

The owner, Sara, was absolutely wonderful and went out of her way to helpful. The breakfast was generous and fabulous. They offered a dinner served at the hotel. It was very romantic and delicious.

What an incredible stay :) Our host, Sara, was so personable, friendly, helpful, and thoughtful -- I could go on and on. She really made our stay special by checking in daily with the weather, seeing if we needed anything, cleaning our room, offering advice, answering questions, etc. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment downstairs - it was spotlessly clean, our bed was comfy, and we had plenty of space to spread out, cook, practice yoga, etc. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options (including gluten-free). And the property was very quiet/safe with only a 10-15 min walk into town. THE BEST PART about our stay == the private dinner Sara & Chef Federico put on for us. It was a four-course meal and absolutely delicious. My husband is GLUTEN FREE and they were able to accommodate his dinner. It was SO YUMMY!!! You should absolutely take them up on this if it's available / they offer it.

This listing is an absolute gem! We spent 2 nights here and had a lovely time; the room has everything one needs for a comfortable stay, it is exceptionally clean and cozy. The hosts are absolute darlings, some of the most hospitable people I’ve met, who carefully and promptly catered to our needs and offered valuable information about Lecce and its surroundings - including weather reports and forecasts for the beaches we planned to visit. I must say, they are also receptive to feedback, as I haven’t encountered any of the issues mentioned in the other reviews. The breakfast room is extremely chic and the breakfast itself was a lovely experience, with a variety of options available yet at the same time not wasteful. Sara and Marta made sure our food preferences were respected. The area where the listing is located is quiet and I can’t say I’ve felt unsafe even for a minute here - it is well lit and the city center is in close vicinity. We had no issue finding a parking space. All in all it was a great experience and, in my opinion, any rating lower than 10/10 is simply unfair.
