The decor was impressive, the room was a good size and well maintained, clean and all the items provided were of very good quality . The host was easy to deal with and accomodating. There was on site parking which was ideal for what we wanted. The place is walking distance to main areas of interest

The location didn't feel quite safe (if you're walking around at night) but it was close to main areas of interest so wasn't too bad. We found a cockroach in the room but we are not sure if that came from within the room or whether it may have come from the outside. The property was otherwise very clean.

The room was pleasant and reasonably sized. It had a writing desk, a fridge, and (while I was there in February) plenty of hot water. When the staff learnt I was gluten-free (I hadn't told them, as usually there is something I can eat) and the breakfast was almost all grain-based, they made sure there were gluten-free alternatives for the rest of my stay. It is very convenient for the railway: It overlooks the railway station - which I thought would be a noise problem, but with the double-glazed doors and windows closed it was not.

I would have liked a kettle in my room (but this doesn't seem to be generally common in Puglia).

Spacious, clean room. Great shower. Very good breakfast. Good sized bed. Lovely linen. Parking was easy out the front. (Small side street)

Location a bit far from old town. Approx 1km walk down darker streets at night not the best. Fine in the daytime. Also no cafes, restaurants nearby. Close to train station but could only just hear the hum of trains. No problem though. Finding the actual place and entry door was tricky. Maybe state next door to the veterinarian???

Corte del Pascià was exquisite! A Parisian flair in Lecce. The room and the bathroom were “huge”! Twice as large as a regular room and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was lovely and the location was perfect. Just a short 10 minute walk to restaurants and sites. Loved it!

Note: there was nothing we didn’t like but it took us a bit to find it as it’s on a smaller unmarked street that our gps didn’t pick up.

Everything is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The cleanliness is at a high level, as is the friendliness of the staff. The location is excellent for exploring the historic center of the town on foot.

I'm not sure if there is enough parking space in case all the rooms are fully booked.

The room and the bathroom were large. The A/C was OK. The accommodation was near the train station (as we prefer) and a little far from the city center but quiet.

Breakfast was poor quality but the woman who was in charge was very kind and helpful. Nobody was at the reception when we arrived, even we were in the time we choose. We must call, wait and it was really hot (35 degrees celsius!)

We like everything from this place. Room is very big as well as the bathroom. You have jacuzzi, but you need to make sure you include it on the booking with the price, if not you can not use it. The room an the hotel are very clean. Bed is big an very comfortable. Breakfast was good, you have a variety of things and everything is fresh.

The only negative thing I cool give, its that they don't speak any other language that is not Italian. If you don't mind this, it's not a big deal. You can always use google as we did, it was quite fun.

The room was very spacious, modern, and clean. It was beautiful and a good value overall. There was a vending machine in the common area, which was convenient for a snack or a drink. Overall lovely experience.

I usually don't have a problem with strong smells, but the perfume scent when arriving was enough to be a bit bothersome. Luckily, it lessened after some time. Apart from that, no problems with the room at all.

The hospitatility was great and when we entered our room we were excited seeing how nicely made the bed was with the towels and flower petals. The place was clean, easy to to check in, room is spacious, breakfast time is reasonable, shower was modern and nice, extra bonus was that rhey had a hair dryer and slippers for us. The AC was functioning well which is really important since it was really hot in Italy, and the closet was a good size to organize all your clothing for a longer stay. The toilet and shower is a separate space which is convenient to have multiple people get ready at the same time. There was a good variety of breakfast and drinks. The breakfast and lounge area was always really clean. The best part was the customer service by Daniela, she is an AMAZING person. Since our visit in Italy, we haven't met someone who's as helpful she is. She is truly a caring and exceptional human being. Although she couldn't understand english she took the effort to use google translate to communicate with me. She didn't get upset or frustrated when it was taking some time to translate what we wanted to say. She has such a positive personality and does everything with a big smile. There was a misunderstanding with the booking price, but she resolved it quickly with such a calm manner. I was dissappointed with our experience in Italy with the way people were treating us due to our skin color, but Daniela treated us well and went out of her way to help us which made us feel comfortable. She is the sweetest person we have ever met in Italy and she is so sincere. Thank you so much Daniela, we appreciate your efforts and hospitatlity. The only improvement I would recommend is to have atleast 1 english speaking staff member available since it's a popular language amongst tourists. We didn't see the AC controller so we wanted to ask someone but since we checked in at a late time we had to speak to someone through the intercomm outside which was difficult since they didn't speak english. But, it was okay since we found it on the table(our fault 😅). Everything was great, no complaints at all 😊
