The breakfast was delicious and the room was really good. The receptionist was helpfull, and the hotel was 100 m from the railway station, and the bus stop so the location was excellent. It was in the really city center. The room was modern, and the furniture too.

There are a lot of loud people under our window during the night, on the street, it was so disturbing. But it was Saturday night, so maybe it wasn't custom there. .. The bathroom equipments were overused, the tap faucet was instabile, and the shower holder to., and the shower was dripping in off position..

Shower drain had hair in it, not visible, but when I opened it (because it wasn't draining well) I had to clean the hair out No laundry facilities

The hotel is located near by the train station and the bus station. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

Soundproofing wasn’t so good in the hotelrooms so we could hear all the noises trough the walls. Under the hotel is a restaurant where comes a lot of loud noises at every night.

This was value for money. Staff were very friendly and informative.

Being closer to the station and the resort as well, As shopping and restaurants there were two Turkish restaurants nearby which was really beneficial for us to access Halal Food.

The club downstairs - I understand that it is independent of the hotel, but it affects the quality of the stay. Ask the staff for a room that doesn't overlook the street, the club downstairs is a nightmare, the music was loud until night and people were yelling. You can also take earplugs with you.

Really helpful staff on reception, the lady in the kitchen at breakfast was superb and the lady who cleaned my room did a fantastic job! I appreciated staying in the one room for the week (as opposed to the 2 which I had booked through Booking.com).

I would have liked a kettle as the room amenities did state that there would be one in the room. Also, there was no iron despite it being on the amenities list.

The location could not be any better. We could see the train/bus station from our room and the lake was only a 5-7 minute walk away. The hotel is just a few minutes from all the main attractions and restaurants. Super clean as well and the staff were very nice.

They suddenly changed time of the brekfast so we we rushed to finish. We were told the breakfast are from 7.30am to 10.30 but they changed it to 10am the next morning

Excellent location. Just 100 metres from the train station and only 700 metres from the lake. Good restaurant recommendations from the reception. Good wifi.

The breakfast was ok but could have been better (not much variety and not very fresh). The receptionist gave us info for a hike which turned out to be quite inaccurate. Bathroom was quite smelly.

Breakfast was excellent. The location very good. Just a bit noisy, maybe because there are people near the station. People at night talking loudly
