The view was breathtaking. The beds comfortable. Loved the balcony.

The hot tub closed at 7:00 which was extremely disappointing! I picked the hotel because of the hot tub and terrace and planned to go after dinner. I probably would have chosen a different, less expensive hotel with an equally beautiful view if I had known it wasn't available at that time. Maybe the hotel should post the hours to avoid future disappointments.

Very Clean, great shower. Room was very functional. USB slots beside bed. Very comfortable bed. Nice to see that they were investing in the property, looked like the fourth floor was getting a complete reno. Great breakfast and very good staff.

The decor is not to my style and the lobby does not show well.

Breakfast is a bit basic. Heating system was very noisy. Unfriendly staff! They asked for 10 EUR to open us a bottle of wine!!!

The hotel is located right on the lake, with beautiful views, a lovely promenade and a short walk to Lecco center for a larger variety of restaurants. There was a large choice at breakfast time, which is uncommon for hotels in Italy. Breakfast is in the restaurant with amazing views of the lake and Lecco. I stupidly forgot something in the room on checkout. Within 48hrs of reaching home (another European country, not Italy) I received it by courier and was very impressed with the service.

On the first night we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. When I checked the menu online, the food looked amazing, so I emailed the hotel from home, to make a reservation. On getting to the restaurant, we were told that since we were a group of 10, we could only choose things from a fixed menu which was printed on a paper. The food was good, but nothing like the online menu, which was more like gourmet cuisine, so I was somewhat disappointed - especially since we were not advised about this on making the dinner reservation.

The view was amazing and the rooms were quite spacious which was nice. Free secure parking is always a bonus. The location is also a huge plus, close to everything but still quiet.

The shower leaked all over the floor every time I used it, the staff were not very friendly or attentive. The rooms were not that clean and the general feel was that everything was old and worn out in the lobby and halls, with stains everywhere on the carpet.

Location is simply perfect, walking distance from Lecco where everything happens. The breakfast and the views are stunning, really the best ever seen. The parking garage under the hotel and good spacious room which was very clean.

We staying on the 5th floor and above (on thr 6th floor) us was the breakfast room. The chairs of the room do not have rubberpads under the legs, so as from 07:00 hrs very noisy when the chairs are moved. This was very annoying

The view was stunning from our balcony Had a triple room which was all double beds which I didn’t expect Staff were friendly and we had a floating breakfast in the morning in the hot tub which was nice and good value I think!

Would be great if there had been spa or pool facilities but not a big deal. The restaurant was okay but it was quite expensive and had limited options, especially for vegetarians.

The view from our Junior Suite was amazing!! I liked our room outside area for sitting in and the Spa tub outside was great! Bed was very comfy but a bit high (circular bed)Staff friendly and restaurant was great with the most stunning view of Lake Como and Lecco. It was magical going for breakfast every day and seeing the panoramic vista.

Although the view was stunning the actual location of the hotel between the low road and main high roads from Malgrat to Lecco was very noisy with exceptional high traffic on both roads. The quality of the breakfast products I would put at 3 star and not value for money. However, the pastry and cake selection made up for it. To sit in the hotels outside sun area and jacuzzi area was not pleasant as traffic far too busy and noisy. The motorbikes edpecially were horrendous. Watch out for the mosquitos too and also impossible to get a taxi back from Lecco. So be prepared to walk back to hotel (1.9km) it can be tiring in the heat. Overall, althoough we had a lovely stay...I'd say the hotel is overpriced. We stayed in May.

It is an excellent hotel. Morning breakfast was awesome. View is spectacular from our room balcony. We can see lake and mountains from our room. Very friendly staff. Walking distance from railway station and ferry station. Bus stop is just outside to visit Bellagio.

There were ants in the room balcony. No hot water kettle. Overall good. No complaint.

Very clean room, excellent breakfast and very friendly and well informed front desk team. Pleasant views throughout. The location is a good one; Lecco is quite pleasant to walk around, with Bellagio and Varenna in easy reach.

The place is a labyrinth; we were in units 703 and 704 and reaching such rooms is too complex with lack of professional directional signage in place. No bar ambience nowhere to linger and enjoy a drink.
