Everything about this place is top notch. The location is outstanding (right in front of the lake) and close-by to the Tremezzo ferry station. The room and property is tastefully decorated, comfortable, super clean and has the most amazing views. Breakfast is delicious and served outdoors with an amazing view of the lake. The parking in the property is a big plus as it gives you a ton of flexibility to drive around. Lina and Alessandro are wonderful hosts and gave us great recommendations on places to visit and eat! Highly recommend to take a boat ride with Alessandro. This was one of the highlights of our time at Lake Como and the tour leaves from the pier right in front of the property (super convenient). We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful villa in Tremezzo, only 3 rooms so perfect for couples. Our appointed room had everything you could need for a short stay & great view across the villa garden to Lake Como. Lina & Alessandro were wonderful hosts, nothing too much trouble. Lovely breakfast provided daily which we were able to take on the terrace owing to favourable April weather. Our hosts also provided great suggestions on things to do & places to eat/drink which didn’t disappoint. Thank you again for looking after us & making us welcome in your home!

Villa Lina exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to return! The property has stunning lake views, is in close proximity to several attractions and is also ideally located close to ferry and bus stops to easily get around Lake Como. The hosts were so lovely and made us feel very welcome. They were also extremely helpful with great recommendations throughout our stay. The delicious breakfast spread with homemade treats every morning was a key highlight of our trip!

Villa Lina the Villa, Lina and Alessandro were so beyond amazing! My fiancé and I had the most wonderful stay at their beautiful Villa. Everything was clean, over the top service, beautiful view of Lake Como, parking was free and easy and Lina helped to tell us where to go, what to do, where to eat and even made us a dinner reservation at an amazing restaurant. The hosts were spectacular!!! The breakfast Lina made in the morning was by far one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. Over the top hospitality, cleanliness and comfort !!! We miss them already ❤️ thank you Lina and Alessandro for everything that you do and all that you encompass. You are truly blessed by blessing others!

Villa Lina is the most incredible accommodation we have ever stayed in. If you are lucky enough to be able to find availability here then do not hesitate to book it, you will definitely not be disappointed! Everything about Villa Lina is superb. Before our stay we received excellent communication from the owners who kindly accommodated an early check in and secure safe parking on site so we could spend the day seeing the sights before the night of our stay. This was above and beyond our expectation and was very much appreciated. Ale and Lina met us on arrival and showed us to our well equipped and spacious room in their stunning property. We had a beautifully decorated room with a large double bed, an additional bed for our teenage son (which was very generous and comfortable), an ensuite bathroom and views you can only imagine from every window - lake views from the front and mountain and garden views from the bathroom and side window. Breakfast the following morning was included in the price and again, it was superb. A delicious selection of homemade cakes and pastries (the chocolate cherry cake was wonderful 🍰) continental style breakfast with all you could possibly ever want; fruits, yogurt, cereals, cheese, cold meats and bread selection. Our table overlooking the lake for breakfast was like something from a dream, we couldn’t quite believe it. Every bit of our stay was incredible and we are so thankful to have had the opportunity to spend our time at Lake Como staying at Villa Lena. The location is also extremely close (short walking distance - 5 minutes) to the Navigatione boat service across the lake to Bellagio, Como and multiple other destinations. Also, only a few minutes walk from all that Tremezzo has to offer. Thankyou Ale and Lina - we will hopefully one day come back to stay with you again!

Staying at Linas B&B was more like staying at home than staying in a hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, quiet, and calm with an amazing view on the Lago di Como every morning from the terrace, enjoying an authentic and regional breakfast. The host, Lina, is adorable. She creates a wonderful, welcoming, and cosy atmosphere and helps with recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, and even cake receipts. Staying here is definitely recommended!!

Having to leave after 5 nights because vacation was over 😉

Very stylish property and it felt like you’re staying with your relatives. The room was clean and very spacious. Nice lake view from the window. Such a shame we only stayed for 1 night and had to leave early to catch the ferry, so we missed breakfast. But the hosts were kind enough to prepare food even if it was too early for them (7am) (they usually serve breakfast at 9am). If coming from the train station in Como, it is better to take the ferry.

Considering that this is a villa and we didn’t have a car, we had to drag our big and heavy luggages through the sloped driveway. Had to carry all our stuff using the stairs, it’s more like a house so there’s no elevator. This can be tiresome for the elderly or with disabilities. Would suggest taking a smaller bag instead. Lina was kind enough to help me with our bags.

Great Location, Villa was beautiful, Clean and hosts were very attentive and knowledgable. Breakfast and view were stunning!

Image of was deceiving, I have a Porsche GT3 and getting into the parking area was very difficult due to incline, rough surface, tree stumps and sharp rocks. This would be applicable to anybody with a sportscar. No fault of the owners, but the other guests were extremely loud after 11am. Church Bells next door so be prepared for a 7.30am Alarm.

Beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable appointments (the bed, pillows, and linens were among the best I’ve ever slept on.) Very quiet, with the exception of church bells during the day (which were quiet at night), which did not bother us at all. The hosts were lovely and interesting people, the breakfast tasty, and you can’t beat the view you have with it. Located off the beaten tourist track but close enough to catch a ferry to anywhere (or the hosts can arrange a personal water taxi- though we did not use this during our stay), and plenty of good food and drink spots in walking distance.

Honestly this has been a top tier B&B experience. Nothing to complain of.

We loved every moment we spent at Villa Lina and regretted not booking it for the entirety of our trip to Lake Como! It was our favorite part of the trip. The house is so beautifully decorated and well kept. The owners are fantastic, incredibly kind, super easy to talk to and so helpful! The location is amazing, walking distance to the ferry and in a super chill non-touristy area which we appreciated very much! The breakfast was great - super fresh with plenty of delicious options and pastries! I could spend all day talking about this place. A dream!
