My room and the bathroom felt fresh and clean even though the furnishings were rather dated. The bed was reasonably comfortable and nice to have a small double in a single room even though it occupied most of the space.. The location is very close to bus routes and the beach and a fifteen minute walk to the ferry terminal. I booked it as a budget room and it was excellent for the price.

The reception area and corridors look as if nothing has been changed or updated in years. My bedroom had been rearranged to fit a larger bed resulting in odd spaces around the door and wardrobe.

The hotel was what I expected for a 3-star hotel, the staff were nice and accommodating and offered helpful local tips on getting around, the location was really easy because of the good bus service in Lido, the location was quiet and residential, there was a refrigerator in the room that was just what I needed, I asked for an electric kettle and tea service, no problems, the a/c worked well, hot water was good. It was clean, basic, and I did not lack for anything.

I was surprised dogs could stay at the hotel, but that did not really bother me

The staff at the Villa Tiziana were very friendly and helpful, both before I arrived and during my stay. They certainly seemed to have experience of what travellers need. There was something for everyone at breakfast. The hotel is the perfect location for catching some of the atmosphere of the Venice Film Festival. Buses are frequent and nearby. The rooms were clean and pleasant.

It is probably time for re-furbishment and re-decoration- stair carpet and bed linen were a bit tired looking.

This was almost perfectly situated between the Vaporetto station and the beach. It was very easy for us to walk to both! The room was incredibly spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk help was thorough and friendly, and it also offered a tasty breakfast!

There was a drawing right next to the door as you left the lobby that although quite artistic, was not exactly family-friendly, and it was pretty hard to miss it.

Villa Tiziana was great from top to bottom. An experience I won't soon forget, everything we requested we were helped with, it felt cozy, the staff were polite. The bus stations are around in both directions. The beach is nearby and there's lots of small great café's all around the area with a pharmacy nearby in case you need one!

Just amazing!!! Highly recommend! I was in April. Great location and choice, 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes by bus to the main Lido boat station, and there are boats to Venice every 10-15 minutes. From Lido you can also go to Murano or Burano. From the Lido boat station there is a central walking street with restaurants, shops and a supermarket. An excellent choice to combine a cultural trip with a seaside holiday. The beach is very close and the sea blue and clean. There is a fridge and hair dryer in the room. Very clean in the room, cleaning every day. Very quiet and silent. You can take breakfast, nutritious and tasty. Very cozy dining room and interior, you feel like at home. Thanks for a wonderful vacation! I hope to see soon Lido and Venice!

The place is very nice, as you get in you are greeted by very polite and friendly staff. The rooms are nicely separated from each other, which made it quiet. The location is very comfortable, close to the seashore if you need a walk, close to a bus stop if you need to get anywhere else in Venice and in a 10 minute walk you could get to different places where to eat.

At first it was a bit hard to get exactly to the place since it is located inside the living block and is not visibel from the road (could be because it was dark when we arrived) but there is a very convenient sign by the road which shows the direction to go to.

It was a pleasant stay, nothing out of an ordinary. · Room had an AC with a quite mode that was useful. AC had good control options. · Room had a small fridge, that was nice. · Rooms were cleaned well. · Nothing that would disturb our sleep or stay.

In shower you would have to wait for water to get warm. · Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, so to get the moisture out after shower you would have to leave the bathroom door open. We kept the bathroom door open when not using it and then it was fine as AC in the room managed both rooms with door open. · Cleaning staff would change the window and blind settings, sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worst. · Everything is a bit old.

Couldn't rate the staff because I did not meet anyone except for the lady at the desk( I guess was the owner) and I interact with her for about 3 min. Everything else was fine, from the clean room, to the quite and relax location.

Nothing was bad, the stay was pleasant

Lido di venezia is the best of Venice 15 minutes from St. Marques square and within 10 minutes from the beaches. The Beaches are beautiful (check for availability) The district is not crowded, very calm exspecially if you compare it to the crowded downtown of Venice. The hotel is in a nice alley. Beatiful and peaful location. The staff was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the stay.
