In warm Venice you find this oasis in green with this charming quaint building. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was basic but clean. The restaurant on site was very good and a nice outside eating. Staff was very kind and helpful. You can reach lido by carferry and you can park in the streets around the hotel, the hotelparking was full when I was there.

Don’t fall for the touristtrap of the free boatride to the glasfactory in Murano, I fell for it the second time and was dropped of at the same place. A glassblower shows his skills than you’re lead into a shop where it’s very hard not to buy anything. When you than take a walk on the isle of Murano you see the same things but cheaper. The glassfactory tried to prevent us going there by insisting on a boatride to burano or to the lighthouse of Murano. Just buy a public transport pass that allows you to take busses and the waterbusses to travel around. On Lido close to the hotel there’s a busstop that brings you to the main waterbus stop. It is very enjoyable using this mode of transport to get around in Venice and surrounding isles. Murano and Burano are certainly worth a visit too!

The private beach with beautiful clean water and sand (with a lot of shells) is not far away, it is unexpectedly quiet and not packed with tourists! There is an extra cost for the beach house (cabana). There is a taxi boat shuttle to Venice/Murano 100 m from the hotel or the vaporetto, the public transport can be used (to be reached in 15 min by foot). The hotel is very serene, looks like a museum with interesting art and history. It has a beautiful garden, where we had breakfast. The room was very nice, decorated with antic furniture. We had a family room with two connected rooms, a terrace and two baths. The staff was very nice and helpful, suggesting things to see and do. We enjoyed our stay!

The breakfast was very good, but we missed fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers & co.) and the bread could be better/fresher. The mosquitos, wasps and even pigeons are very annoying!

+ Hotel is nicely located on the Lido, It takes ~15minutes to walk to the main Ferry stop at the Lido or a 5min Bus ride + Good breakfast from 07:00-10:00 am + Room was old school, but bed was comfortable and everything was very clean + Very friendly staff, reception is 24/7 so late arrival was no problem

- Hotel was a little old school and most of the decoration and furniture is also rather old, but mattress was comfortable and everything in the room was very clean, so the style is not a problem. It gives the hotel its unique atmosphere.

We loved the location, a few minutes walk from the beach and not far from the farry station, so getting to and from Venice was in easy reach. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, with so many authentic pieces and beautiful gardens around.

The breakfast was basic and overall the stuff looked tired and constantly in a rush.

Beautiful place! I liked the old school charm- very different to most modern hotels. But it might not be everyone’s favorite. The staff was absolutely fabulous- very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and served in a beautiful garden. Wonderful service there as well. Great location- I think Lido is a fantastic as a hub to visit Venice- less busy, with pleasant beach.

Update of some equipment would be desirable. Overall, I loved the decor

This hotel has some genius locci definitely. With its historicall background it resist modernism, but with a grace. We stayed in the more modern part of the hotel, but still you have to expect more settled design. But do not be discourage. The hotel is very comfy, clean, with pleasant surroundings. Over all, it was a great stay there. And we will definitely repeat it in the future.

There were some changes in breakfast serving, due to covid situation. Honestly, they were definitely not used to this new situation and to get breakfast takes to much time .... It could also be great to have hotel restaurant open longer into the night. So, do not count on eating in the hotel very much. But everything else was fine and the staff was very kind abnd helpfull.

We like the location of the Quattro Fontane and have stayed there a few times. It’s a bus ride from the vaporetto for Venice but is close to a lovely beach. Beach huts can be rented by the day from reception.

A few things could do with modernising, especially the bathrooms. Breakfasts weren’t as good as last time we stayed, with less choice.

This hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazing! They were so helpful and gave us great suggestions for places to visit and eat. The complimentary breakfast was delicious in the most serene patio surrounded by trees and flowers. I think that was my favorite part of the day sipping a cappuccino and enjoying being outside. I would recommend this hotel to others and hope we can come back again!

the hotel is beautiful with lots of charm and vintage features, for someone who likes arts and culture it's an absolute wonder. the rooms are peaceful and looking out on to the courtyard is very relaxing, with a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. the staff are helpful and welcoming and the breakfast is amazing, highly recommended!

there wasn't a kettle in the room to make tea

I loved the interior and the area around the place, a very very pleasant, homely, cozy villa feeling, truly great for rest. The staff were very helpful and caring. Amazing coffee and dinner, too. 5 minute walk from the beach.

Would be nice to have some fresh vegetables at breakfast, there were none.
