Breakfast was delicious and very high-quality! Coffee was very good . Delicious croissants . The hotel feels like a very cozy old house, in a good way. The hotel is Well-positioned next to ski rental stores, great restaurants, supermarket, automated laundry and ski lifts. Staff are very welcoming. Ski room is comfortable to use. There is a parking space for guests which is great.
They could do with renovation of the rooms, and more importantly better cleaning of the toilet and shower with detergents. On breakfast- No vegetables. Spa is intimate but has no jacuzzi or pool.

It was our 3rd time in Livigno and 1st time in this hotel. We loved Hotel Livigno so much. It absolutely exceeded all expectations. Rooms are super clean, breakfast has different options. Parking is convenient and staff is amazing. It is family owned hotel and they really care, lady at the reception who I assume is the owner of the hotel asked us how was our sleep every day and indeed it was amazing. Room temperature is very good for nice sleep, beds are comfortable, curtains are dark enough not to wake up in the morning from sunrise. Location is not to far from the center to walk to Main Street to all restaurants and shops, but far enough to be super quite at night. It is few steps from casana lift, so no problem to get to the slopes and from the slopes to the hotel in couple of minutes. Heating for shoes is available and ski storage is perfect as well. Private spa - finish and Turkish sauna is the best, I was so surprised to meet such quality of services in such small mountain hotel.

A lovely family run hotel in the north Italian town of Livigno. Room and breakfast both great. Good access to the alpine passes nearby and a lot cheaper than staying in Switzerland. Highly recommended - would definitely stay here again!
