THe hosting family is fantastic: friendly, polite, modern, entertaining. I also found a guest couple that goes at this B&B regulary since several years, and I enjoyed their company immensely. The house is beautiful and in peaceful surroundings, much green, great pizzeria nearby and an award-winning small ice cream shop with products to die for, just 5 minutes walk distance form the B&B. Breakfast is delicious and served in front of the swimming pool.

The kitchenette could have a bit more utensils to work with; no shelves in the bathroom; be careful when you go out of the swimming pool: it is very slippery. Location: if you want to visit Venice it takes ~ 1 hour to reach the city by bus, so better to have a car with you.

Absolutely beautiful property and the nicest host. This property is suitable for anybody of all ages. We were there with our family (11 years -77 years) and were made to feel so welcome. The owner was truly an amazing woman who went above and beyond for us on several occasions. The rooms are clean and spacious. The property is absolutely beautiful. Located about forty minutes out of Venice, it was super peaceful. However, the nice thing was that it was a very quick bus and tram ride into Venice. We are already excited to be planning our next trip to B&B Vanessa House.

- Very kind host, who is always ready to help. Place has a very high level of service. - Place is near the center of Olmo. Olmo offers good ice cream parlour (Gelateria Da Simone), restaurant (Ca' della Brace is excellent for meat lovers) and bar (Gelateria Da Tonino) nearby. There are also supermarkets nearby. - Place has small kitchen and dinner table. So it is easy to make dinner. And Maxi supermarket sells ready made meals. - Shower was good. - Nice garden, lounge terrace and sun loungers. - Pool was already open in April and is cleaned daily. - Room was clean. - Place is secure. Has a gate with separate key. - Nice breakfast including sandwiches, fresh fruits and jams, and home-made cakes. - The room has shutters from the outside which completely darkened the room at night. - The room is quiet at night.

- The water of the swimming pool was quite cold. - To travel to the old center of Venice without a car is a bit complicated. In the morning bus 5E takes you directly to this center (30 minutes). This bus service only runs to Venice in the morning. To get back you need to take the train or the train and bus (again 5E). Walking to Olmo from the train station Mestre Ospedale is also possible, but takes around 45 minutes. - Wi-Fi was less good in the room (so switch roaming off), although it was good in the garden and terrace.

Beautiful apartment, situated in a very quiet neighbourhood. Few minutes by car from train station; journey to Venice takes about 20 minutes. Very nice and helpful owner, giving lots of advices. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean, Breakfasts mainly sweet, with delicious homemade jams and cakes. Nice and clean pool. I would love to visit again!

Thank you so much for apartments. Everything were good, clean apartments with free parking near Venice. Gorgeous swimming pool and nice breakfasts. The owner has answered immidiately to us, if we have some questions. We have rest time at the garden and wanna to return.

Lovely room with a comfortable bed. The house is in a great location handy to buses and trains. Really quiet on a large section with great outdoor area and pool. The host was great! Really accomodating and friendly. The fresh bread for breakfast each day was the best!

Everything was great, the hosts are kind, willing to help and answer many of our questions. Property is in a quiet neighbourhood and surrounded with lots of trees. Only thing missing was more choices for salty breakfast given its mainly sweet, but that was not that important to us.

Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable. It’s a beautiful property with a splendid large garden and a well maintained pool, with spacious and clean rooms and a delicious homemade breakfast. Quite location, even though you think it is far away from Venice belive me, it is not, and it worth the money! Private road, quite area, pool, home made breakfast, not pushy owner but the one that makes sure everything it is going as you wish, always with a smile, what makes you feel more relaxed and let you enjoy the holiday as supposed!

We were looking for accommodation with a Pool close to Venice. We found B&B Vanessa House and we recommend it to everyone. Breakfast is a nice morning surprise. Nearby (7 minutes by car) to Mestre Ospedale station, leave your car in the free parking lot here and take the train 3 stops to Santa Lucia
