The hotel is in a quiet residential area, very peaceful and friendly. A great place to unwind after a day in Venice. Restaurant right next door and free parking. Helpful staff and bus stop for Venice virtually on the door step.When driving easy to get to from the motorway.

The hotel has an excellent location and offers a very pleasant atmosphere for a stay. There is a well-stocked supermarket near the hotel (2 minutes away), and there is a bus station 50 meters away from which buses take you to Mestre Centro. The staff is always in a good mood and eager to help you. The rooms were cleaned daily and replenished with the necessary hygiene products. Also very useful for us was that tickets could be purchased at the hotel which could be used for bus and tram travel. The breakfast is very good and appropriate for the price. Everything was as shown in the pictures. We would happily stay at this hotel again

The location is very convenient, we immediately found the hotel, we got a direct bus from the railway station. The hotel is quiet, cosy and clean, the receptionist showed us a huge balcony for smoking. The room was spacious and clean! The man at the reception kindly told us how to get to the island Venice, described all the options of routes, in general, without him we would have a day and a half or half, we would have figured it all out! He called us a taxi in the evening on the eve of departure! The taxi driver was also very kind! Only the best impressions!

The bus only goes straight to Venice from hotel before 0930. After that you need to get bus and Tram. Coming home always bus and Tram, takes too long

Nice place, cosy rooms. Very polite and helpful staff always there willing to answer on all our questions and to give useful recommendations. Great location near public bus station, with a place to buy tickets across the street. It was easy to get directly to the center of Venice by public transportation. Free parking at the hotel.

The location is great! We took the bus and the train to Venice for €3 pp both ways. Got the tickets from the reception. The bus stop was very close by. Breakfast was nice.

The room was clean, but the air condition works only from 4pm to 9:30am. If you choose to stay and take a rest during a summer day - you can't. Bead was not very comfortable...

We would have preferred a bed rather than a sofa bed but we were a large group so nothing we didn't expect. Really pleased with everything.

Very friendly and nice receptionist. The bedroom and bathrom are big enough and it was all perfectly clean. Breakfast on the buffet was pretty good and enough to choose from - even if there is nothing special compared to some other B&B locations. Coffee was served on order, for free. A private parking lot, which is included, is directly behind the house. Round about 10-15 minutes by car to go to Venice (parking Tronchetto). In total a very good hotel for a good price.

Air conditioning inside the room was not cooling down very much, but that was still fine for us. Would be nice to get some fresh juice for breakfast, rather than juice from powder or concentrate (?).

it’s a nice and cozy hotel and everything is very clean. The hosts are very friendly and helpful in case of questions. the location of the hotel is perfect for visiting Venice, which we did. you can take the bus right in front of the hotel and in approx 30 min you are in the city.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Own parking for cars is available. There is a bus stop nearby to get to Venice. We bought tickets for public transport at the reception, which is very convenient.
