Location ia awesome. The room was tidy and clean and the breakfast was good. Staff was nice and easy to reach for any question.

Very noisy outdoors in the evenimg & morning. The room was poorly isolated. Also, you could hear everything from the hallways starting early in the morning. If you bring some heavy duty high quality earplugs, you’ll be fine.

The building and rooms are beautifully Italian. Very clean, slippers and toiletries provided. Comfy bed and good storage.

The traditional and beautiful windows and shutters mean that a quiet night is compromised. It was Saturday night and lots of cars, people shouting, music and bars throwing out bottles into the early hours. This was the only night we stayed so maybe different in the week. If I went again I would take ear plugs.

Was good communication , helpful he make sure o arrived safe and very pleasant smile gentleman. Plus the room was clean and nice space to move comfortably soft and comfortable bed , has all amenities needed . The bathroom also super clean and pretty fournitures. Good organisation and breakfast i had chance to book it multiple choices. Was my best booking.

We prefer a buffet breakfast, was too limited having to order the night before, exactly what you wanted to eat in the morning. There was no iron in the room and reception did not have one for us to borrow

The property is staffed with super friendly and helpful people. Patricia was a great person, very friendly and helpful. Christian was an extraordinary host as he sent me an apology message after we left for because they didn’t have added the croissants to our breakfast bag! We had even forgotten about it but they did not have, that was surprisingly nice and kind. High ceilings in the room, very spacious. The beds were extra comfort and we had very nice sleeps thanks to both the beds and the blackout curtains. The location was 5 min walk from the Main Street and the church, super nice. We loved the property every way and recommend it to everybody.

Great place near the cathedral and close to the harbour. Very friendly staff. And a great concept for breakfast: order the day before what you want to eat and get served at your place. This is great and safes a lot of food wasted on the always too big buffets in other hotels.

Make sure to book a room with view and balcony.

Very good staff and helpful. From reception who served us also breakfast to the housekeeping lady very helpful and kind with a smile! Nice rooms, awesome bathroom. Ok breakfast. Will be back next winter. Grazie to all the staff!

The soundproof was not good.

We were here early May, were welcomed by very professional staff and the room itself was very good, very spacious large windows, good bathroom, We were able to park our car just outside on the street. Step outside and explore Messina, and make sure you go have cena in Casa e Putia Ristorante, walking distance and perfect food !

The breakfast you order a day in advance, maybe would also be good if you could freely use the buffet also in the breakfast room this was not really mentioned out to us. There were extra items on our table, a nice little extra but if you do not eat them it is a bit of a waste.

Nice room with comfy bed and air conditioner. Bathroom modern with a great shower. The breakfast was really good - lots from which to choose. The staff were very welcoming. The location is good too - for the port and train. Thank you!

It was a great stay, clean and tidy room, and the location is central. I am really satisfied and my family is happy. The rooms were great and the food was as expected! I would advise everyone coming to Messina to stay at this place!!
