The room was clean and comfortable but it was a little bit small, especially the bathroom. The location was very good, you had a street with restaurants nearby and shops. Also the tram and bus stop to go to Venezia was only 5 minutes walk and the bus ride to Venezia from there was 15 minutes.

The room was a bit small especially the bathroom. There was no minibar in the room. They did not provide slippers and asked me to buy them myself. The breakfast was okay, everything was tasty but there were very limited options.

We loved this hotel, from walking in the front door you get a real feel of history. The staff were very friendly from check in and throughout our stay. Breakfast was brilliant, a great selection of fresh pastries, breads, rolls, meats, cheeses, cereals and yoghurts! Selection of hot drinks and an espresso machine! We would recommend NOT waiting until the last minute to go, the hotel was very busy and we overheard a few people moaning but got there for 9am all mornings and it was perfect! Location is excellent! Only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop for either the 15 for the airport (30mins) or the 4L directly into Venice (25mins) -stop A3 coming back to the hotel or the tram T1 (20mins) you can pick up a travel card from reception, we went for the 48hr for €35, very worth your money and makes getting around in Venice on the water buses very easy! There is no bar/restaurant at the hotel, only a couple of vending machines in the foyer, BUT there was a good selection within 5mins walking distance and shops to be able to get water etc.. We would recommend Napa, it’s a trendy bar with great selection of drinks, music and cicchetti!! The hotel won’t pre book taxis to the Airport or Venice but “AtoB Transfer” we’re excellent, very simple book online option and 5 star service.

No options to have any kind of hot beverage after the breakfast room closes at 10am. Would of really liked a fruit tea after a long day.

Hi! Just got back from a weekend trip in Venice. Hotel was amazing in terms of location and facilities. The rooms were clean and comfortable. But the staff/owner were the most kindest and most helpful and ensured we are comfortable and offered the best guidance and advice on how to get around and make the most of our trip! Thank you all!

I chose this hotel as we were visiting Venice for a few days. I had been to Mestre once before and knew that the best way to "do" Venice was to actually stay in Mestre, catch the tram/bus to the City, see the sights and travel back. It's convenient and easier than struggling through the narrow streets looking for a hotel. We bought a 48-hour travel ticket which covers tram or bus as well as the Vaporetto (water bus) in Venice. This means you're not struggling to buy tickets every time you decide to use public transport. Check-in was swift, no problems. Room on 5th floor was clean and adequate for our needs. Bathroom was a little small but for a few days was fine. Breakfast was in a roomy dining space and offered a very wide selection of both sweet & savoury items. Coffee was by a multi-vend grinder/espresso machine and was very good. Hot water (for partner's tea) was also available from here. Two lifts are available in the lobby - 1 for single users, the other for up to 10 (I think). Handy if you have to nip back up to the room in a hurry (as I did a couple of times!). Location was actually very useful. It was about 5 minutes from the airport drop-off point in the centre of Mestre and 5 minutes from the tram & bus stops for Venice. Tickets were available from Reception as was general advice on visiting Venice. Around the Hotel is a collection of very nice shops - both mall-based and independent. There's also a great outdoor market (maybe 2-3 times a week) with many stalls selling the most eye-catching fruit and vegetables I've seen for a long time. There's a permanent covered market 3 minutes away offering the same, plus fresh fish, meats, cheeses etc. Eating out: there's plenty of places nearby, some very goo, others so-so. We went early in the season so things were starting to get into the swing of a new season, but you have to remember that Mestre is a working town, Venice is the "tourist magnet.

We couldn't seem to get the right temperature in the room...although it wasn't very cold or very warm outside, it seemed to be too warm (for my partner anyway). I wasn't too fussed. The wall-safe (simple) technology beat me and I never got it working (it did work, it was just me I think). TV had lots of channels but the only English one we could find was BBC World News. Not that we wanted to watch TV much, but a bit of a wind-down at the end of a sight-seeing day could have been useful. Although situated in the centre of Mestre, it was handy to get out and walk around the locality. We had some very noisy people outside once or twice, late at night but that's not the fault of the Hotel.

Very well located hotel. Right next to the shopping centre with the supermarket if you need a snack. Square with restaurants and bars 5 min walk. Bus and tramp stop few min walk away from hotel which takes you directly to Venice around 15 min drive with ticket 3 euro both ways. Our room is not very specious but has a balcony and we really were only sleeping there .Lovely breakfast downstairs. .it was just perfect for us away from the crowd, but everything was on the doors step. 15 min taxi to airport as well.Would definitely stay there again

All fine, nothing to complain about.

Hotel Venezia has an excellent location. Right around the corner, there is a station where you can take a bus or a tram to Venezia (takes 10-15mins). A few minute walk to the other side of the hotel, there is a bus stop for airport shuttlebus to Treviso, which is really convenient for Ryanair travelers. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is nothing extraordinary, but it makes your choices easier in the morning.

Tourist tax is to be paid during checkout (in cash only), which is inconvenient for those who have an early flight. Dealing with some payment is the last thing you want in the middle of the night, although it went quite quickly.

The room was the same as in the photo. People at the reception were very kind and provided a lot of information about Venice, excellent service! Also, breakfast was delicious, and room service (like changing towels, cleaning, etc) was available every day which made our trip more comfortable. The place of this hotel was great. It is in the center of the Mestre, so you may find many great local restaurants here with much more lower prices than in Venice. By the way, the bus/tram station to Venice is just several minutes from the hotel, so it was very simple to find + all this information was on the map and tickets provided by the man at the reception.

Everything was nice. Just one small thing - it was a bit cold in the room. I assumed it was because the building didn't have gas heating (I am not sure about this one, but we didn't see any pipes in the room). So we had air conditioning with hot and cold air to heat the room. In general, it was warm when you first entered the room, but after spending the night with only one blanket, we woke up a little cold. Therefore, the following nights we used several blankets, which were in the room at once, and this greatly improved our sleep. It should be noted that the trip was in January, so as a tip for tourists - use several blankets at once

Good Location. Everything is near, like supermarket 10 metars :) bus stop for Venice 5 minutes from Hotel. Breakfast is ok. Bus to Marco Polo Airport is 10euro, taxi to marko polo is 35euro.The guy on the reception will help with everything. Bus to Venice is 1.5 euro, for 10 - 15 minutes you are in Venice. If you plan to visit Venice for 3 4 days this hotel is good for the money and include brekafast. Is in the middle of the city.

I dont know :) for 3 days spend for vocation, its ok for the money :) You will be all day outside, going in Hotel just for sleeping :)

We were a family of 5 adults - we booked a triple and double room. While the rooms are not huge cases could easily slide under the bed leaving space to move. The bathroom is small but good water pressure. Breakfast was lovely - continental style with cereal, yoghurt, meats, cheeses and assorted bread and pastries. Staff throughout the hotel were very friendly. Laundry facilities at a self service laundromat within 400m of the hotel. Plenty of places close by to eat and shop. Access to tram and bus to Venice within a few hundred metres. Parking is tight but staff helpful. Not all guests can park - staying for a few nights we did get parking.

Good authentic hotel with very friendly personnel. Great location: 3 mins walking from the bus/train to Venezia and same distance to the bus stop to/from the airport. 24 hours reception which was important for us because of late arrival and very early checkout. Shopping district nearby. Fresh croissants for the breakfast. Our room has been cleaned every day. I would consider it as optimal variant for 2-3 nights stay.

The room was a bit too small for a family with 2 children, however shouldn’t be a big problem if the aim is to spend there just a night time. Breakfast miss warm meals (like scrum eggs and sausages), but in general is good enough. The room could be equipped with a tea pot.
