very helpful staff, great breakfast with amazing variety, close to tram station taking you to Venice in minutes (€3 return ticket) clean and comfortable room. walking distance to little town centre with many restaurants and opportunities for an evening walk

I would say the property is outdated but it didn’t bother us. we saw on the photos what we were booking and it was pretty accurate. I think the retro style gives great climate to the whole picture.

Stayed for two nights on route to the Uk, so we could spend a day in Venice. Hotel staff friendly and welcoming. Centre of Mestre short walk to hotels and bars. We bought a travel card for 25euros each to use the tram or bus to Venice and also gives you access to the water buses and visited Murano Island too. Beware of the scammers at the bus station. Were offered help to buy our tickets and luckily we weren’t caught out. Same guy helped some Japanese tourists and distracted them and stole their card. Felt we had a luck escape.

Our plug adapters didn’t work, only in the bathroom!

As was expected, quite old hotel, but clean, in decent condition, almost everything was working properly. Room with a fridge and nice big bathroom, air conditioning. Room not very spacy, but for 1-2 night stand should be enough. Few minutes walk to bus/tram terminal, where you can buy tickets and travel to Venice (about 20 minute of ride). I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast - it was very rich to Italy - eggs, sausages, ham, cheese, vegetable and lot of sweet options.

Card reader in room was not working - needed hack with piece of paper. At breakfast, coffee machine not working properly - it was difficult to get good cup of coffee. Parking is quite complicated - hotel cannot guarantee a place for you and it was already full in the afternoon (when we arrived). The parking lot in front of the hotel is acceptable for one night stand, but parking there all day would be costly.

The lady at reception was lovely when my friend and I arrived around 10pm at night. The man at reception in the morning was also very helpful. The room is basic but was very clean and comfortable with wifi suitable for browsing on social media. It was great value for money, with a breakfast buffet included. The nearby bus stop will take you to Venice in about 15mins.

the staff is very welcoming & supportive. in my case i had to drop luggage in advance , i.e. 2days before check in & it was big 2 trollies. Staff has accommodated this request & i was very happy, else it would have caused a lot of problem while traveling from & to venice-spain. i returned post midnight & the receptionist " francis - i recall ( may be wrong name), has offered me coffee & he made it by hand the way i wanted. upon request i was given additional facility of microwave heating etc. next day while leaving to aiport, they booked the taxi & the service =s was very good, seemed a very trusted partner of this hotel. llenia was at reception the next day & she took well care of me & ensure i had a smooth check out with a hot coffee. the hotel is good & it provides all optimum needs of stay. location is good too. i strongly recommend this one.

The location of the hotel is in Mestre but just a few min walk to the bus station and another 10-15 min to Venice which was comfortable Breakfast was good- I think it was the best one we had on our trip (mainly because of variety) The staff was very kind to give us the room early around 11AM which helped us a lot

The room is a little old in design It was also hot (even in October) and seemed like the air-condition was not working well The price we've paid was very high but maybe it's because the location (Venice area)

The proximity to the bus, tram stations. It takes 5 min walk to the bus stop for Venice. The breakfast was very good with pleanty to choose from. The room was cleaned everyday and towels were changed.

The furniture was outdated and the overall look of the hotel. The bathroom needed improvment and the whole shower tub needed replacement.

Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast ok. Maybe not very rich, but sufficient. The hotel is situated 5 minutes on foot from the tram stop with links to Venice. There weren't many people in the hotel, so I can't quite tell if the rooms are quiet or not. The moment we used the hotel it was quiet.

Everything was perfect. We had a Superior Double room, nice interior, very comfortable bed and cleaning was done daily. Breakfast was very good, it had variety. The staff was absolutely extraordinary! So helpful in all aspects. Definitely i would recommend it to everyone and anyone and will return.

The staff was very helpful all the way, the breakfast was rich and with a good variety of meals, donuts, croissants, anything you may need. The location is good, but, it takes 10 min to the bus/tram stop and around 20 min to Venice. Very good value for money.
