Much larger room than expected with many unexpected features. The room had electronic blinds, air conditioning, fridge, double shower, double sink, toilet, bidet. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Staff were exceptional when imparting local information, hotel facilities or for transport. Breakfast had a wide range of choices and plenty of tables to sit at. Although not on Venice tourist island there was a direct bus. It meant that costs for local restaurants, bars, cafes etc. were a lot cheaper than across the water. The town itself was pretty, lively and worth a visit itself.

Sadly we experienced inconsiderate people in nearby rooms who thought it fine to have a drunken gathering at 1am. Even after being requested to stop by us and staff they simply moved to another room nearby and carried on. This is not the fault of the hotel but did spoil our time there and a nights sleep. It would have scored a 10 but for this. Sadly hotels cannot anticipate behaviour of others.

The hotel was very nice. The bedroom was very clean and broad, the breakfast was generous (just missed more fruits) and even though the hotel is not in the main island of Venezia, there is a bus just in the front of the hotel that reaches Venezia in 20 minutes. The ticket for this bus is sold in the front hotel.

The only thing that disappointed me was the sign in the elevator that says that guests should respect the hotel dress code (not use shorts or flip flop in the breakfast, for example). The sign astounded us by its backward mindset. The guests should be free to dress just how them want to.

The hotel is well located. The stop is a minute's walk away, for parking you need to pay separately 15 €. The breakfast was delicious and the air conditioning in the room continued to work even when the key was taken away.

There were black stains on the bed linen, which is a minus for the hotel.

Clean, Well maintained, nice location - bus stop, public parking was close. When we arrived late in night staff had already prepared the sofa bed which was good as we were tired.

Same breakfast every single day - got boring eating same for 4 mornings. AC in room 102 was not working as it should. it made noise when put on fan level 1 and the temp when on AC did not go below 25.

The receptionist, I believe her name was Marja or Marta, was really kind and helpful. She instantly made us feel at home and was happy to answer any question and give ideas for what to see - and her English was perfect. A true star of the reception!

Very clean and the room was big enough.

The fact that they had available parking spaces on the property but we did not have access to them like other people that stayed there so ended up paying for the payment parking across the street.That was very disappointing.

First and foremost, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Luca. Check in as well as check out was done easily. My mom and I spent a beautiful and restful night. The hotel room was spacious and very neat.

It's not that I didn't like it, but I wish the bedding was a bit better and a little bit bright lighting in the room.

We really liked both the hotel and its location. There is a stop near the hotel for flights to Venice. The staff was kind.

We didn't like that in the morning when we went for breakfast at 7.30 / 8.00 everything was empty on the tables and we had to wait for half an hour to reload them. However, the staff in the kitchen was very nice

The location of the hotel is good and in the area you can find almost everything you need. The cleanliness of the rooms was also good and the staff kind. I had a pleasant stay. Thank you!
