Hotel position close to the city center, courtesy of the staff, cleanliness. Also, the room space and the free parking. Good breakfast as well, with a good variety of options.

The room temperature, it was so hot I had to sleep with the window opened in November, which is quite unacceptable. Also, even after sharing the problem to the staff nothing has been done.

The staff is friendly, polite and helpful. The room was perfectly clean, with all facilities included (we also had a surprise from the staff and we received an upgraded room, more spacious). The bed was very comfortable, hot water and great heating in the room (you can set your temperature on the thermostat). The breakfast is good, the croissants, tarts and cakes are excellent. The hotel is located in Mestre, a city near Venice, but in front of the hotel is a bus station and the Bus no 2 takes you to Venice in 15 minutes. Also, the train station is 5 minutes away by bus or you can have a nice walk. The price is really good for what the hotel offers, definitely reccomend!

Great room with full amenities. Electric window blinders, so it makes the room dark and have better sleep. Small fridge, safe- 4**** equipment provided accordingly. Comfortable bed, warm room( able to set up temp), large bathroom with full accessories. Breakfast was good. Received complementary drink for lack of agreed wine in the room on arrival, limited to wine/prosecco, which was nice anyway.

Limited TV programs. No music channel. Agreed to have wine in the room on arrival for a B.Day surprise, but had to go back to reception to remind about it, as receptionist seems to be haotic on check in which took over 20min in queue, before being served, however they did good in the end- received wine in ice bucket to the room. But if you agree something before arrival, double check that while check in.

Breakfast was really niice.

There was no option to go down in the lift.

-great location from where you have a direct bus to the centre of Venice (appreciate the option of buying a bus ticket on the reception) -helpful staff -comfy and warm rooms

-the breakfast was good however in the morning many things were missing on the buffet like bacon, veggies etc. -we thought this is all they have when we came in the morning however they bring many things just after we almost finished our breakfast

- good parking lot with 3 good EV chargers (Tesla Destination Charger) - we had a spacious double room with a lot of additional stuff - the bed is comfy - there are a lot of options to choose for breakfast

- very bad coffee for breakfast - dogs are not allowed at the breakfast

Really great place to stay to visit Venice, if you don't wanna pay too much to stay in Venice and don't mind a little bus ride. Bus station is only 200 meters away from the hotel and the bus ride takes around 15 minutes to get to Venice. Hotel itself really exceeded our expectations. Room was clean and comfortable and also breakfast was included in the price. Really great value for money. Would definitely recommend!

The rooms were tidy, conveniently located near a bus stop with direct access to Venice. It offers a great breakfast and has friendly, helpful staff.

They could have provided drinking water, as the nearest supermarket was a 10-minute walk away, which was a bit inconvenient, especially at night.

Perfect location! Very convenient to go to Venice by bus. Car parking is just across the street and totally free on Sunday.

Dogs are not allowed to go to the breakfast room, which makes a little trouble for us. We have to spend double time to have breakfast in turns in order to make sure there is someone outside taking care of the dog.
